James greeted us at the door and was extremely helpful. Would recommend this casino.

An enjoyable evening. Touch my 15 year old grandniece and her best friend who enjoyed the tasty food. Rick atmosphere was fun and after exploring Hollywood it was the perfect way to end the day. They even moved our reservation up an hour and we didn't have to wait.

Coming for the name and the atmosphere! The service was top notch and had great waitresses and the decor and memorabilia was fun to look at while we waited for our food. Food was about what you’d expect. I had the Diablo burger which was spicy (really liked it). Daughter had the chicken Caesar Salad which she says was “amazing”

We tried to eat lunch here on 5 January 2026 and before our drink order was taken my daughter was bitten by a massive spider that came out from underneath her seat. We rushed her to the rest room and then informed the manager who didn’t care one bit. Be gave us a bandaid and did not call for medical intervention. We left in an Uber, got treatment at an urgent care near our hotel in downtown LA at LA live and remain shocked at the horrible experience caused by the apparent lack of pest control at this establishment. Hollywood overall looks like a run down zombie apocalypse community and the Hard Rock LA obviously doesn’t care about basic maintenance and safety. Truly a horrific experience for my daughter and family to endure.

Always outstanding service and food no matter which Hard Rock you eat at around the world! This was no exception! Huge portions, great service and very welcoming staff with a great sense of humour.

Food was great, except my steak fajitas. The meat was hard and had an odd taste, I had to skip that. We had the nachos w guacamole as appetizer, which ended up being my dinner 😅 my friend really enjoyed the salmon and shrimp.

Our first time in Hollywood and the Hard Rock Cafe was awesome! The food, the atmosphere, the really awesome memorabilia, and our server Chris was top notch! We had a small wait to be seated so we shopped in the gift shop, but once we sat and ordered, our food arrived quickly and deliciously! Attached some, but not all the pics I took.

The hard Rock Cafe is one of my favorite restaurants brings me back to the time period when I was a rocker chick promoting and supporting rock bands on in Hollywood ! My husband and I were just here a few nights ago I always enjoy the music the food in the environment I am a huge Van Halen fan and my first crush when I was a teenager was Eddie Van Halen and I was very lucky to meet him when I was living at Vista Del Mar from 1990 to 92 I know Eddie Van Halen supported Vista Del Mar child and family services and he often would make surprise visits

Our food was actually really good at this Hard Rock! Our waiter was very nice and attentive. It take a bit to get the food out, even though we weren't there when it was super busy but it was all good for us.
