Place definitely needs to improve their cleaning, tables where nasty, soda fountain was nasty , restrooms were dirty, parking limited, and there was no napkins. I had to wait for napkins my food god cold .

Typical In and Out. Food is consistently hot and fresh. For as many customers as they serve, they do a good job getting the food to you as soon as possible and still make it fresh.

Very efficient! Seating can be hard to find at peak times.
Crowded. What can you expect? Good burgers served with a great smile. 10-15 mins from drive thru which is quick. I believe they have started putting pepper on their fries. My last order also had pepper. The fries have been quite yummy lately.

Wow loved the food and definitely get why there is so much of hype about it. We have been in LA just 2 days and both days went here for lunch. Highly recommended! The milkshake is to die for and prices are of 2010..so affordable!
