Arrived at this location looking for a good burger, and they delivered an incredible one instead. The atmosphere and music Johnny Rockets plays remains authentic to the old school burger joints of the 1950s. Staff were very friendly as well as very attentive to their customers since I never once felt like I was being ignored. My meal was simply amazing, I never really go for floats, but after trying the root beer ice cream float it definitely made me want to order more in the future, and my Route 66 burger with added crispy Onion rings and a fried egg made my burger unforgettable.

Really cute retro vibes, delicious foods, honest prices but most of all absolutely stellar customer service! I didn’t catch our server’s name but he really went above and beyond. I went with my boyfriend and another couple, and each couple split a burger and a milkshake, he brought us the food already split in different plates and he even divided up the shakes! Without us having to ask for anything:) the food was really good quality and even the vegan options were delicious!

Simply fantastic. Tasty burgers, great bread, crunchy fries, crispy onion rings, refreshing soda. And the personnel helpful and kind. 50's ambience. Kind of crowded too. Little bit pricey maybe.

Johnny Rockets actually was found in City of Los Angeles and the theme was the American 1950s diner style. The restaurant chain were very popular in the past days but it is going down popularity in recent years. This current location is at the Hollywood & Highland shopping center where many tourists visited Hollywood Walk of Fames. Business was good when they first opened the door in 2001. I always like the traditional style tasted burgers and French fries. It would be one of my first picks when I visit Hollywood. If you have never been there please put on your dining lists. I would give a four stars for their food and service.

Food was great but unfortunately we got scammed by staff who randomly came up to us to take photos and then forcefully sold us photos after we paid for the meal. We didn’t even needed her to take photos. At first she tried to sell us USD10 per photo and we rejected and it became USD5 for all 3 photos for badly taken pictures. My husband was nice enough to buy from her but It’s a shame that such burger joint produces decent food has to resort to such despicable money-making tactic to extort its patrons, and the staff ruined our experiences there as tourists.

Ordered mushrooms and was given mustard. Sent burger back... brought back with mustard again. Told waitress to forget food and bring the check.... waited 15 mins before had to get up and get waitress to give me check. They were not busy and shake was brought after table had food. Will never go back to these establishments
