This Panda Express on Cahuenga Blvd in Los Angeles really stands out thanks to its exceptionally kind and welcoming staff. From the cooks in the back to the cashiers and servers up front, everyone was smiling, polite, and genuinely attentive. It’s rare to feel such a warm vibe in a fast-casual spot, but this location nails it. The food was fresh, served quickly, and the atmosphere was clean and comfortable. A great little stop if you're around Hollywood and looking for quick, tasty Chinese-American food with great service.

After visiting the Hollywood Walk of Fame, we stopped here for lunch. We ordered several plates that included Wok Fired Shrimp, Mushroom Chicken, Orange Chicken, and Broccoli Beef. The food is decent and as expected for Panda Express meals. The servers are nice and helpful. My kids enjoy the tea offerings available.

I came to Panda Express to pick up an order as a delivery driver. Due to a health condition, I kindly asked to use the restroom. I was told, “This is not a public restroom.” I felt very uncomfortable and disappointed — especially since I’ve been here before and I know others were allowed to use it. Why was I treated differently?
…What made it more upsetting is that a male staff member was the one who directly refused me. I’ve been here before and saw others being allowed to use the restroom — so why was I denied?
Delivery drivers are also part of your customer base — just from the service side. We make sure customers receive their food on time and in good condition. It’s upsetting to be treated as if we don’t matter. I hope your staff can show more fairness, understanding, and basic respect toward delivery workers in the future.

Well I eat here about twice a day and hadn't had any issues with the food or service but lately the white rice has been really hard and in big chunks idk just but your normal white rice I get everyday the other food which I get is the broccoli beef And honey sesame chicken and have had issues with that as well which is shocking to me because initially I loved coming to this Panda but now they have shown (me) at least as if they can careless wether I'm happy and satisfied with there food and customer service (as if what's one customer) ok well then this one customer will no longer come to this Panda and another like me and so on and they will eventually start adding up and you'll see it in your numbers so carry on continue as you please and I'll just take my business elsewhere... Simple! And there's my honest review

Ordered on door dash and first of all what restaurant delivers food with no condiments (soy sauce) like tf... second I can't leave a special request on DD cause panda express has chosen to not accept request 😤....then I gotta call yup there and tell them to out sauce in the bag extra steps man persona on the phone asking all kinds of questions like put the sauce in the bag kinda frustrating food was great though services was bad
