This specific location is absolute garbage in every way. From the food, to the delivery, to the lack of customer service.
I have had PJ in NC and SC and it was the best pizza I ever had, and quickly became my favorite pizza chain to order from.
But this location, the quality of the pizza is terrible! The food is always cold because they depend on doordash drivers to deliver their pizza. Delivery charge is a ridiculous $6.50 I've never paid that much for delivery in my life for a pizza place!
Calling about refund and I have called over 9x now and no answer. They are trying to avoid my calls. Extremely unprofessional. The manager should be written up! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TRASH LOCATION!

To the person who made the delivery order at 3:26PM today, thank you so much for putting love into the pizza. It was exactly how I liked it when I ask for light cheese. The dough and crust were perfect to the ratio of my protein, olives, sauce and cheese. The pizza was cooked beautifully and I don’t say that a lot about fast food pizza joints. I can tell whoever made this is having a good day and made it with love. Thank you for caring!

I have been ordering from PJ for over 10 years but last night ordered a pizza as usual, but for the first time I tried to have it deliver to a Hotel. The pizza was never delivered to the Hotel, the hotel checked the cameras and the driver never showed. Hmmm, yet they charge my card for the full amount. I called the driver and he insisted that the pizza was deliver to someone in a hotel. Yet, I never had my dinner. I demand a full refund. I've been trying to call the store #4421 and no one answers the phone. It's upsetting. I guess next step is to call my CC company and dispute the charge and I will probably never order from you guys again. Unreal.

Idk if it was the delivery drivers pizza bag or the boxes been sitting their for months but we opened up pur box yesterday and oh boy where we surprised spider webs and a spider dead inside and my pizza their too. We asked to get it re made and they sent new ones I opened up my box and a live bug came out walking never again ordering from their tht was the worst experience I had and it's expensive.
