I've visited this location multiple times, and each time they have not followed instructions. My orders are always done incorrectly. On top of that, the quality isn't that great. Will find a differnt pizza joint to give my money to.

I have Always had a good experience with this Papa John’s Location. It’s been in our repertory of pizzas and Papadillas, and it’s always been good. I’ve done both pickup and delivery- the takeout staff was lovely and for delivery, the food travelled well. A very good papa John’s 😋

The girl on the night shift was very rude!! The staff treated me ridiculously when I asked for a discount and it made me very embarrassed. Please take care of your staff. The incident happened on December 5th at around 9:27 AM.

This specific location is absolute garbage in every way. From the food, to the delivery, to the lack of customer service.
I have had PJ in NC and SC and it was the best pizza I ever had, and quickly became my favorite pizza chain to order from.
But this location, the quality of the pizza is terrible! The food is always cold because they depend on doordash drivers to deliver their pizza. Delivery charge is a ridiculous $6.50 I've never paid that much for delivery in my life for a pizza place!
Calling about refund and I have called over 9x now and no answer. They are trying to avoid my calls. Extremely unprofessional. The manager should be written up! DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS TRASH LOCATION!
We took a pizza with one topping, tasted good but the employees were not happy about providing condiments.

The dough and crust were perfect to the ratio of my protein, olives, sauce and cheese. The pizza was cooked beautifully and I don’t say that a lot about fast food pizza joints. I have been ordering from PJ for over 10 years but last night ordered a pizza as usual, but for the first time I tried to have it deliver to a Hotel. The pizza was never delivered to the Hotel, the hotel checked the cameras and the driver never showed. Hmmm, yet they charge my card for the full amount. I called the driver and he insisted that the pizza was deliver to someone in a hotel. Yet, I never had my dinner. I demand a full refund. I've been trying to call the store #4421 and no one answers the phone. It's upsetting. I guess next step is to call my CC company and dispute the charge and I will probably never order from you guys again. Unreal.
