I don’t know who is sending out the pizzas here and I’ve had Pizza Hut several times and though I’m not expecting a gourmet pizza the pizza that was given to me was the absolute worst pizza I have ever had. When I say this, I cannot overstate how bad this pizza was. You could go to 7-Eleven and get a pizza there that they cook in three minutes and it would taste Michelin star level compared to this junk that this store gave us.
Then, when I contact to complain to the general manager, I’m told that everything’s OK because she offered to remake the pizza for us as if I would want to eat a piece of crap again. Then I mistakenly say we spent $15 instead of $10 to which she feels the need to correct me on that which just shows this person does not understand customer service etiquette at all.
Save yourself money and go get pizza from 7-Eleven at La Brea and sunset.

This is the slowest and most incompetent location. We have been waiting for our pizza for almost 30 minutes now. She messed up our previous order didn't offer anything complimentary and we are still waiting for our order even after many people that came after us and even delivery orders. Don't come to this location unless you have an hour to waste.

We went here recently and it was rhe beat find. We are l8ve are pizza and Matthew and Christopher went out of their way right make sure they make it perfect with great customer service . Definitely will be back when in town

I love going into this pizza hut location across the street from the flower shop dream garden. The staff are very friendly and accommodating and I especially like that I can earn points which makes me want to come back. 10/10

I bought a pizza and tipped for their service only to find that the pizza was never cut. I called and told them and they said they are all pre-cut there is nothing they can do. After telling them that I have a literal picture of an uncut pizza she said its too late. Terrible customer service at this location. Never again.

I had the worst experience in the store as some of the promotion and advertising brought me in so I wanted to try out the promotion and use my EBT card. The staff was very rude, dismissive once I presented my payment and almost hesitant to ask if I wanted anything else but was completely pleasant before I presented my payment. Then all of a sudden the wifi and the machine used to process the transactions didn't work... I naturally was uncomfortable but the employees were even more rude and kept pressuring me by asking for another payment and saying my card wasn't working and had been so short and abrasive about the whole situation so I left. When I turned to talk to the other customers they complained about several issues with applications, orders and customer service.
