Selected "leave at door, contactless delivery" They left it OUTSIDE of my building in the cold. Called to have it redone.. waited an hour for them to cancel the second order saying another driver accidently took my order. Sure... no apology, nothing.

Ordered from Pizza Hut at 6:30, just a 5-minute drive away. The estimated delivery time was 30 minutes, but it's been an hour and a half, and my food hasn't arrived. Hungry and frustrated, the delay is disappointing, impacting my overall experience. Hopefully, the food will be worth the wait.

This location is very clean and tidy. Love that! The pizza tastes delicious, every time. I must also say that the staff is very kind and attentive with me. Especially the cashier Matthew. He always has a smile on his face and a positive attitude. I really appreciate that about you Matthew! The other cashier Melanie is also very kind. The entire staff makes you feel welcomed and the service is quick and efficient. Thank You guys!!!

I have ordered from here multiple times for students and to be honest they try their best and for the most part the food comes in hot and ready to eat. The service is on time and the ambiance isn't available because I eat on campus.

I should have read the reviews before ordering online. The customer service is non existent. They’re extremely rude. The over charged mê. And when I told them it was cheaper on the app. He told me they do that only for the app. People that don’t go through the app have to pay more. At first when I was trying to explain to them that they got my order wrong. He was trying to tell me it’s too late. I’m telling this rude pizza maker. I won’t be paying for anything that isn’t what I wanted. So that’s when he decided to overcharge me.
my boyfriend doordashed pizza from this location and woke up to a really painful stomach ache the following morning. as well as vomiting. he threw up most of the pizza and still felt a really bad stomach ache and couldnt leave the bed unless it was to throw up.

If you could give a place a -5 stars it would be this place, they said their "oven broke down" and they were gonna remake my pizza took over an hour and a half to get pizza remade and delivered and they promised a drink for the inconvenience guy showed up and was like well idk sorry and just left. Then we requested light sauce and they put so much sauce in the pizza and said they can't remake it because that's how they make it. So what the customer asks for the options you guys offer are there for no reason? And we pay for no reason? If that's not an option why offer it? And it's not the first time they mess up. Just wish these people did their jobs right. It's not hard, just read the instructions.

Delicious! Got a stuff crust with bbq sauce, bacon, pineapple, and mushrooms. Cinnamon stick for a treat, we definitely had some leftovers which were good the next day

We were having a late pizza dinner for my moms birthday and literally the pizza had a hair inside the pizza dough!!!!!! (Gagging while thinking about it!!!) taking a bite into the pizza and experiencing this feeling thinking it was only on top but saw the hair deeply imbedded into the dough!!! After calling to complain about it, they asked for proof!!!! So not just for picture but we actually took it out of the trash and taking it to them now, wasting more of our family time!! But the audacity to ask what color was the hair and texture type!! Why?!? Uggh so upset literally our whole family had an instant gag reflex and upset stomach!!! Dinner is officially ruined. I get that human error exist. But that’s why there are sanitary rules to follow to reduce these errors that can make people sick! If you ask me the regulatory food authorities need to pay this place a visit!!
