No parking near by drug addicts everywhere outside and no staff helps only order thru screen and can't pay cash they always out of half the menu it's like they can't cook

The new pickle chicken sandwich was okay but service at this location was absolutely terrible. Staff was rude and condescending for no reason. The kiosk kept encountering issues and she refused to take my order at the counter. She finally sauntered out from the back with her hands on her hips and a smirk to watch me re-enter the order on the kiosk again. When it failed for the forth time she somehow made it seem like I was an annoyance. I’ve never encountered rudeness to this extent in my life. The restaurant is also very dirty.

The food was decent but the place is very small.

The service was really awesome. I was amazed at the service of the smiling people at the counter and their interactions with the regulars.

It was a heartwarming experience.

Refused toilet service, not given napkins. Atmosphere was not welcoming. Customers are a pain to them.

I tried the entire pickle menu at Popeyes, and it made their terrific chicken even better! The tangy sauce and tart pickles enhanced the always-well-cooked chicken, and the pickle lemonade is incredible!

They don't give you access to the bathroom and they only ignored you

There is nothing more depressing than a bag of cold, soggy fries.

I ordered at the kiosk and picked up my order two minutes later. Received cold fries. What a waste of money.

Can't go wrong when it's Popeyes!!

This one is scary!! We always call it the “boo boo Popeyes” because it’s no good. It’s been here for ages but it’s always attracted issues. People fight here a lot, and they fight the staff and the staff fights back. You can’t sit in here and expect nothing will happen. They charge you 50¢ for extra sauce which is super petty. The two times I sat in here fights broke out and one of them was a guy demanding extra sauce and pretended to hold up the store until someone gave him the 50¢ for an extra dipping sauce. He was shouting and screaming at everyone and tried to block the front door, it was wild. Just walking by here I’ve seen people fighting. I can’t understand how this place stays open.

I think I got a sore throat after eating the chicken.

I guess it has to do with the time and the day you go. But on Saturday night it was a madhouse. Cold food and long waiting time.

They will never remember your sauce. Literally ever.

This location ALWAYS forget one or two items from the orders. They are literally stealing the money. I love Popeyes but the fact that I know if I order from this location something is going to be incomplete, makes me just not order here ever again. 5 times in a row the forget things. Don’t recommend ordering here, never again.

Service was terrible. There were lots of people queuing up and getting frustrated with the wait. There was a person just near the entrance asking for food.

Customer service is horrible 😭 I only come here when I don't feel like going anywhere else in Hollywood
