This Popeyes is in LA, so before you get your hopes up know that the “spicy” chicken that you get down south in GA or Louisiana…this ain’t it! So if you like mild, you’ll be fine but the spicy lovers will be disappointed. Los Angeles people sometimes can be lazy so the drive-thru not gonna be the best experience. I do like Popeyes but now I just kinda stick to the shrimp basket and the chicken tenders since it doesn’t really hit the spot like Texas Popeyes or even NC Popeyes…
Awful customer service. Lazy doesn't want to take orders anymore they want everyone to use the machine which then makes the lines longer and food takes longer to come out.

The cashier's don't do there jobs anymore. I'm forced to type my food in on some stupid monitor while the worker just stands doing nothing getting paid more to do less. I hope business dies for this Popeyes location l.

The place is small, neglected and very dirty, the service is very slow, the service was not very pleasant and I spent around 35 minutes waiting for my order.I would recommend going to another one if you have the opportunity, I did like the food, very good.

It was crowded and chaotic. The cashier required everyone to place their order at the kiosk, but didn't offer assistance to customers who didn't know how to use the kiosk. I ordered two pieces of chicken and a biscuit, and i paid in cash. I did not get my change. When i asked for my change, the cashier stated she would give it to me when my order was ready. When my order was ready, she was not in sight. After waiting for my simple order (2 pieces of chicken and a biscuit) for over 10 minutes, i was so annoyed and frustrated that i left without getting my change. The crowd grew bigger as i waited for my food. Oh yeah, the cashier announced that they were fulfilling online orders first, then everyone else's order. That pissed alot of us off because there were ppl that came after us that got their food before us. I would NOT recommend going to the Popeye's in Hollywood on the weekends unless you like chaos and crowds of annoyed people.

Your employees are simply disgusting, I have been several times, I have only been to the Hollywood branch, The last time I was in the Hollywood branch 6384 Hollywood Blvd, I was on February 22, 2024, your employees are simply unbearable, I had a small restaurant in my country, but if such workers suddenly appeared next to me, they would not work for a second, the workers are simply unbearable and disgusting, I can’t say anything more, Your employees work very poorly, I have never seen employees like yours anywhere, they are very rude , very unpleasant, the service is unbearable.
