Would have loved to share a photo of my delicious pork belly ramen but I finished it too quickly. Amazing local spot, good food, and plenty of parking.

Very comfortable Japanese restaurant with a small parking lot. Plenty of seating, friendly staff, clean bathrooms and the food is very good. There is a small happy hour menu. But the menu has plenty of options and nice pictures to help if you are not sure. Good music and there are a few tvs around the place with music videos or sports playing. When you arrive and sat, you receive a hot towel, a very nice touch. When you are done, you touch the cube on the table signaling staff that you are done.
Amazing!!!!! The best Japanese/Ramen in Hollywood, incredible service, perfectly prepared dishes, you can't find better than this! ❤️❤️❤️❤️

There was fairly loud music playing at the restaurant as well as the TV is going which is not the environment I like for dinner. Some of the waitresses on their way out to take a break we're playing a electronic game they had near the cash register and were screaming with joy repeatedly which was pretty disruptive. On the other hand the service is incredibly attentive and the food is top-notch. I would go back. One more thing they had the AC on too high and it was freezing in the restaurant. Still the food is out outstanding there.
An unexpected surprise! Located in a mini- mall, the restaurant's food was surprisingly good.
The best Japanese cuisine that we have tried ever!!!
IT’S SO DELICIOUS!
This place is truly dog-friendly! We felt very welcome from the start. The staff were all extremely friendly and attentive. Our dogs even got some chicken, which was such a sweet gesture. The ramen was delicious, the restaurant was spotless, and the food came out really fast. Plus, the adorable pup Dale will gladly keep you company while you enjoy your meal — such a charming little companion! I also loved the little corner where they take photos of dogs and hang them up — a fun gallery of furry friends. Highly recommend, both for the food and the warm, pet-friendly atmosphere! 🐾🍜

Walking down Hollywood Boulevard, craving sushi, we stumbled into Shin Sushi & Beer—and let me tell you, this spot did not disappoint.
I went for the Hollywood Roll and WOW… the sauce, the crisp on the salmon, the texture—absolutely elegant. It literally melts in your mouth. I haven’t had sushi hit like that in a long time.
The drive and the walk down the Hollywood Boulevard were worth every second just to sit down and enjoy some of the finest, freshest rolls in LA. Great atmosphere funny server the hospitality that recommendations was so far out of out of this world.
🔥 Pro tip: They’ve got a deal right now—buy one roll, get the next half off. Can’t beat that.
If you’re ever in the area, go check out my boy Tim at Shin Sushi & Beer. 10/10 recommend. 🍣🍶

we ordered sushi for 2. $100. when we picked it up my wife asked the hostess if there was soy sauce and ginger in there. not even looking up from her playing with her phone, she said yes. we drive home, of course, no soy or ginger. i drive all the way back and i tell the same hostess. she immediately cops an attitude saying, “i didn’t pack the bag.” then why did you lie and say it was in there? she goes in the back and gets it, slams 6 lil packs and some ginger on the stand and storms off. some other kid comes over and says, “mistakes happen, thanks for coming.” no wonder why the place is practically empty. i bet it’ll be out of business within a year. no one in their right mind would put up with this? of course no manager on duty. what a waste.

This place should be packed every night. Truly wonderful well prepared “ not typical” food. Comfy booths, super nice staff and so much free parking I was blown away. Owner was sitting there all into it and talking too everyone. Dead on view out the window of Historic Hollywood Blvd. Cool and casual interior. Dine in La was what we used and we could barely eat all that food. Best Dragon Roll I've ever had in my life.
The food is delicious and great service !!!!
