I ordered from this store from uber eats and it was awful. I ordered med rare and got a cold almost well done steak. I live three minutes from the store so there’s no reason it should have been cold. They also put so much ice in their drinks there was barely any lemonade AND they forgot the 6 pack of cookies I ordered. Awful.
—- Update their customer service staff is really great and made this horrible experience much better for me after I let them know of my experience. I will go back and try again.

Whoever does the hiring at both the Hollywood and Culver City locations-Bravo! I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service, sweet personalities and a great experience. At Hollywood, the young Ms Raisa couldn’t be more sunny and great at her job. Same for the slender young man also behind the counter. So personable. And Mr Giovanni the runner/busman. Always excellent. And the crew at Culver City is equally outstanding with customer service. I believe it’s Angelica and a couple of other excellent female employees.

I had the Italian chop salad, which was refreshing. I could smell the Italian flavours as soon as the waitress put my plate in front of me.
My taste buds were quite pleasantly surprised as well...literal flavour explosion when I took my first bite. Quite enjoyable. Everyone else enjoyed their selections too. Great choice.

I have a very complicated set of dietary restrictions, and the manager Elizabeth took the time to help me through the menu and find something I could eat. When the food arrived, it was exceedingly delicious, even with all of the alterations that had to be made.

On November 24, 2024, we went to dinner for the first time at this place. I asked how the green pozole was and they told me that it was very good. When they served it to me, it was cold and I didn't like the taste. I went and told the cashier and I spoke to the manager named Herlinda who was extremely rude and asked me the problem and I let her know that it was not hot and that I did not like the flavor because it was very thick and had a lot of cumin in it, she got upset. He told me that the pozole was hot and that it was good, I told him that. I didn't want it and I would order something else, he turned around and ignored me, I ordered other dishes since my family was having dinner there, I paid for it and Miss Elizabeth served it to me and she asked me the problem and I let her know that the manager had Elizabeth was very kind and asked me if they had reimbursed me for the pozole, I told her no. Then the manager Hermelinda came out and returned the pozole to me very reluctantly. Mrs. Hermelinda should not be the manager of a place where She deals with the public as she is rude and very unprofessional, but Miss Elizabeth was very friendly and professional, the cashier Lakeisha was very friendly.

Bad experience at this Tender Greens. Salmo n caused stomach issues and sprouted rice was super salty to the point where I stopped eating it. Would not recommend
Was there last evening - I couldn’t believe my own eyes - almost every table (except one) was loaded with dirty plates from previous customers - after we finished every table was dirty - none had been cleared off in all the time we were there !
No one came to ask or offer us anything the entire time - never saw a single server/employee the entire time
Not to mention the quality of the food was not was I have grown accustomed to at Tender Greens
So very disappointed to see the downfall of this location !

Marina is amazing. Manager is very rude and the place needs more staff, Marina is up there being sweet on her own. She deserves a better team/management, and the customers are also very rude to her. Utensils and tables are dirty, place needs bussers. Only good thing about this place is Marina and the cooks.
