On November 24, 2024, we went to dinner for the first time at this place. I asked how the green pozole was and they told me that it was very good. When they served it to me, it was cold and I didn't like the taste. I went and told the cashier and I spoke to the manager named Herlinda who was extremely rude and asked me the problem and I let her know that it was not hot and that I did not like the flavor because it was very thick and had a lot of cumin in it, she got upset. He told me that the pozole was hot and that it was good, I told him that. I didn't want it and I would order something else, he turned around and ignored me, I ordered other dishes since my family was having dinner there, I paid for it and Miss Elizabeth served it to me and she asked me the problem and I let her know that the manager had Elizabeth was very kind and asked me if they had reimbursed me for the pozole, I told her no. Then the manager Hermelinda came out and returned the pozole to me very reluctantly. Mrs. Hermelinda should not be the manager of a place where She deals with the public as she is rude and very unprofessional, but Miss Elizabeth was very friendly and professional, the cashier Lakeisha was very friendly.

Was there last evening - I couldn’t believe my own eyes - almost every table (except one) was loaded with dirty plates from previous customers - after we finished every table was dirty - none had been cleared off in all the time we were there !
No one came to ask or offer us anything the entire time - never saw a single server/employee the entire time
Not to mention the quality of the food was not was I have grown accustomed to at Tender Greens
So very disappointed to see the downfall of this location !

Marina is amazing. Manager is very rude and the place needs more staff, Marina is up there being sweet on her own. She deserves a better team/management, and the customers are also very rude to her. Utensils and tables are dirty, place needs bussers. Only good thing about this place is Marina and the cooks.

This is my second time trying this location during lunch hours. They need to hire more people. Waited for 30 minutes for my order two weeks ago. Wasn't too mad about it. Decided to try it again today and ended up waiting for 45 minutes. Even though I ordered my foods 2 hours ago

The place is spacious and open-plan. The staff took great care of us. From the sign above the counter we chose what we wanted. All very rich and appetizing. Very large space to handle the baby's chair and bathrooms prepared to change the diaper.
Kid-friendliness: The baby chair circulates perfectly through the premises. It is wide and so are the hallways. The bathroom is ready to change the diaper

Don’t order delivery from here it’s a scam. Placed an order with a 45 min estimate for delivery. 50 mins after ordering and 20 mins after it said a driver was picking up the order and the status wasn’t changing we called the store. They told me they were still working on the order?!?! Okay, we’ll wait. After almost 2 hours since we ordered and 1.5 hours since it said a driver was picking up the food we called to cancel and get a refund. The person I spoke to didn’t even seem human with the lack of basic understanding they seemed to posses. When I asked to speak to a manager they said “yes that me I am managers” and it suddenly dawned on me why this place is so terrible. After demanding a refund several times they finally told me they had to submit a ticket and a refund would take 3-5 days. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. Sweetgreens is nearby and much better, both food wise and certainly customer service wise.
UPDATE: the store replied below saying they’re sorry I had a bad visit, exemplifying how they don’t even care to read carefully enough that I was never in their store, I ordered delivery. What a terrible company.

Toya was amazing! I had my salad dressing mixed into the salad (at no fault of her own) when I had asked for it on the side. Things happen. I felt bad asking for it to be fixed but she had it remade for me and made me feel comfortable asking for the change and seemed happy to help. Very profesional.
