What happened to this Tender Greens location? I used to love going there on weekends and for a quick meal before going to shows at the Pantages, but the quality of the food and service have gone down dramatically since the pandemic. The ahi tuna plate was one of my favorite dishes there for years, but this past Saturday, the tuna was suddenly covered with an excessive amount of large salt crystals that were salty to the point of being inedible. I tried to remove the salt crystals, but wasn't able to remove all of them and kept biting into the large, crunchy salt crystals. I told the staff very nicely that there was way too much salt on the tuna, and that it wasn't just salt, but huge salt crystals that should have been ground, but all they said was that I was should ask for the salt on the side the next time. Very disappointed.

I ordered the steak, veggies, and arugula and it was so delicious! The veggies were perfectly cooked with a little char. You get a good size plate for the price. I ordered my steak medium but I should have ordered medium rare. Will dine here again for sure

To add to the original comment below from 3 years ago, well tha today I forgot about this location. It was terrible. Steak was so rough smh. Wish I would’ve never forgot.The Hollywood location on Sunset is by far the worst Tender Greens location i have EVER been to. They said they'd have my food ready at a certain time, it ended up being 6 minutes past time. I ordered online so I can just grab and go because I was headed to work but since I got the food late I ended up being late to work. The server or young lady at the register handing out orders had an attitude and actually sort of threw my bag towards me. And on top of all of that, the food was not good and was COLD! I ordered steak, the steak had so much fat on it, I ordered kale salad, they gave me spinach. And looked like someone just threw everything in there. I wasn't gonna complain if the food was good which it usually is but unfortunately for me today IT WASN'T! I have NEVER had this type of experience at the location in West Hollywood, Downtown LA, Glendale, Pasadena, Santa Monica or Studio City. NEVER! If I wasn't running late already I would've returned the plate and asked them to make me a new plate or just get a full refund. If it wasn't for the other locations I would give 1 star or if i could - no stars.

This location is the most frustrating of them all. 95% of the time I order delivery from here they completely leave out multiple items or parts of items or they send the wrong item. I hope management sees this and works to rectify the situation.
Great spot for a healthy lunch. My California bowl with the salmon was delicious. It's very much a fast-casual kind of spot, but the food was good, both in quality and taste.

I am a frequent customer, but the quality of food at this tender greens has been going backwards. I ordered the Mediterranean salad, but it was served within a minute. so it wasn't fresh and steak was super bloody when I asked for a medium well steak.

I placed a pickup order through Uber Eats, and the app indicated the order was ready. I went to pick up the food, a worker took my name, and without even looking at the bags sitting on the rack behind her, said my order wasn't ready yet and that I had to wait. After waiting ten minutes and pressing for more information, the order magically appears. Actually, it had been ready the entire time we were waiting. Of course, the food has gone cold by now. If I thought this was an honest mistake, I wouldn't post a negative review.

The quality has truly decreased over the years. I ordered the short rib yesterday and it was bland and dry. Very different from how it has tasted the last few times I've ordered it. I used to really enjoy tender greens but I feel like the attention to quality and detail has suffered a lot recently. I get pick up here often, but last night I had a tuna salad, where the tuna was supposed to be cooked medium, and it was completely raw and cut against the grain, which, of course is the most offensive thing in raw fish. The tuna I took one by and it was rancid and fishy and I’m totally shocked because normally this place is great.
