Winchell's Donut House

The staff were polite and patient but Donut wasn't fresh enough, atmosphere was old and didn't give a sense of good and fresh vibe. Need to be renovated asap. But I like the saler behavior, he was good and polite man with a friendly smile ☺️

Old stale donuts. Came here for childhood nostalgia and severely disappointed.

Apple Fritter is great. Hefty, cinnamon laden, sweet but not overly so, crunchy icing, chewy but not cloying.

The donuts here aren't usually fresh and it's frustrating because there are racks of fresh ones just sitting there on the rolling cart. I wish they had deals, everything is always the same price. Service can be slow.

Donuts were delicious. I loved the apple fritter. Service was a little slow so give yourself a few extra minutes.

Lady didn't give receipt upon paying for the donuts and the have a promotion if they don't give receive free dozen she refuse to give the free dozen.

I'm diabetic, but I do go there and buy the bran muffins and they are delicious. A lot of the donuts and pastries are good too plus they have hot bagels and croissant sandwiches really good

The dude that works there is the friendliest guy in LA. He's working all by himself too. Give him a big tip.

I work in the delivery industry and came here to pick up an order for a customer. And I was going to buy a coffee. I asked politely if I could use the toilet as I urgently needed it and the staff told me I couldn't :) Only customers can use it. I asked if I could use the toilet and the staff told me I couldn't. Only customers can use it :) This is really rude and unreasonable. Of course I gave up on getting a coffee, it's a place like this…

Employees are extremely friendly I had just got out of urgent care and was waiting for my ride to show even though the dinner was closed due to it being after hours as soon as I got my food the night shift employee was kind enough to let me sit down in the dinner to enjoy my food and to gwait till my ride showed up differently got my morning starting off great thanks again to the Latino guy who was working night shift T
