We ordered the cheese pizza bagels 🥯 at Winchell’s Donut House, and they were great. My son absolutely loved them—he wanted to try something new this time, not donuts. It was a nice change, and we’ll definitely order them again.

Very attentive staff always busy always has piping, hot coffee and fresh donuts that are soft. And the best thing is that they are 24 hours !!!!!

Make sure you ask for you’re bagel to be cooked once . They cook the bagels twice to the point where it comes out really burnt . We asked for our bagel to be replaced for another new one. The lady said it wasn’t burnt… but clearly it was . This hasn’t been the only time my bagels have been burnt . And I’ve seen other peoples orders come out burnt too .

The staff were polite and patient but Donut wasn't fresh enough, atmosphere was old and didn't give a sense of good and fresh vibe. Need to be renovated asap. But I like the saler behavior, he was good and polite man with a friendly smile ☺️

Old stale donuts. Came here for childhood nostalgia and severely disappointed.
Apple Fritter is great. Hefty, cinnamon laden, sweet but not overly so, crunchy icing, chewy but not cloying.
The donuts here aren't usually fresh and it's frustrating because there are racks of fresh ones just sitting there on the rolling cart. I wish they had deals, everything is always the same price. Service can be slow.
