Based on the online reviews, we stopped by Mariscos La Palmita on a recent visit to the marina area in Cabo San Lucas. I must say, the online reviews were on point. From start to finish, a 5-star experience! The complimentary chips and salsa were very good, the chips from the bag on the counter were fresh and light, the salsa was super fresh and had a nice heat. My wife and I visited this restaurant on our first day in Los Cabos. I did some research and found that the local people like this place and that its prices are reasonable. We ordered lobster, shrimp cocktail, and their unique fish, "Cabeño." We were not disappointed. Each dish was fresh and made from scratch. The waiter was a bit distracted by the women's tournament soccer match on TV but was very attentive and funny. I would love to live here and try each of their menu items.

This place is under new ownership. The new owners cook some delicious food! I've tried the birria Supreme nachos, the wet burrito, and the rib plate, and they all have been delicious! It's worth stopping here.
