As a global coffee critic, I give 602 Coffee House in Huntington Beach, CA, 4 stars for their great coffee and operations. Located at 602 Pacific Coast Highway near Huntington Beach Pier, their crisp, clean cold brew offers bright, citrusy notes. Unique craft drinks impress, ideal for specialty coffee fans in Orange County. The well-staffed team manages busy weekends smoothly, and the surfside patio adds charm. Pair with an açaí bowl for a Surf City USA vibe. A great Huntington Beach coffee shop—I’ll return for more.

My Açai power bowl was really good. Large really is large, and they packed it in really well. Lavender latte was good. Maximum size is 16oz and I wish it could be bigger. They have customers ready for coffee right from opening and it's because it's good, reasonably priced, and quick. There are about 10 spots in the lot off the alleyway. In the early morning, this was plenty. I could see it getting crowded and difficult to navigate later in the day. It seems well suited to someone picking up coffee for a group or themselves, or for a small group to sit around a table and chill.

A friend of ours told us to stop by this little spot. We got an americano and one of their matcha lattes. I am super picky on matcha and only drink a specific one at home since normally they aren't very good anywhere else (Pique). Our friend told us that their matcha were very delicious so decided to get one. SO GOOD. We got one bagle to split...the PCH one. I literally asked them if they make the bagels in house (everything bagel) because they were SO GOOD. She said no and I should have asked where they get them from.

Now, I am in Arizona in 109 degree weather not only missing the glorious weather in Hunnington, but I am missing your bagel and matcha too. My wife loved her americano too btw.

Everyone behind the bar was very nice too and they do allow dogs and also open at 630am!

This review is all over the place, but if you're in between spots, I highly suggest going here!

Avocado toast was the worst I’ve ever had.
Picture on their website shows it with nice sliced avocado on top. It was smeared on barely toasted bread. Then had unwashed arugula on top. Then then the Sriracha was not sprinkled. There was blobs of Sriracha.

Blond girl that took order was great. Food was below average.

We had to wipe our own table clean to sit down.

Visiting HB and came across with this local place. I got cappuccino and it wasn't good but then I am coming from WA. Roast tastes like it could have been good but... Also when you order multiple items, they just give in the order they appear. You also HAVE to ask a bag to put all of them inside to carry out. Nice little location, however.

Their açai is absolutely amazing, and I highly recommend trying the peanut butter flavor. It’s a delightful treat that perfectly complements their coffee, which is of exceptional quality. After grabbing some food and coffee, I took a leisurely walk to the pier with my friend. The views were breathtaking, and we enjoyed a wonderful conversation as we strolled along. It was a perfect way to spend the morning before I had to fly out that day. The combination of delicious food, great coffee, and beautiful scenery made it a memorable experience. I would definitely return to enjoy more of their offerings and perhaps explore other flavors of their açai. The ambiance was inviting, and the staff was friendly, adding to the overall enjoyment of the visit. It was a great way to unwind and savor the moment before heading to the airport.
