I had a fantastic experience at this Arby's location, and it was all thanks to Luis. From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly welcoming and patient.
My wife was a little hesitant about trying one of the shakes, and Luis went above and beyond by offering her a small taste test to make sure she'd like it before ordering. He was also super helpful in describing the different meals, which made choosing our dinner easy and stress-free.
It's rare to find this level of kindness and genuine customer service at a fast-food restaurant. Luis is a massive asset to this team. We will definitely be back

Arby’s may have the meats, but they definitely don’t have the fries. I ordered over $30 worth of food including a large curly fries. When I got home and opened the bag, the large curly fries container was almost empty (it was less than half full). And they were cold. I advise you to check your order carefully before leaving the store. I won’t be returning to this location.
