I'm a resident of HB and it was my first time visiting this eatery. The entree I ordered was pleasant. It was the Pollo Bella Napoli. A simple chicken, eggplant and fresh tomato dish. I expected a different white wine sauce. But like I mentioned it was pleasant. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cute, cozy and well Italian themed. The host that greeted me was very nice and friendly. My server, Veronica, was the ONLY waitress working the entire room. They had more bussers and food deliverers. She tried her best to keep up with ALL the customers needs.Although it was very apparent that she catered more to the REGULARS who came in that night. And was EXTRA nice and friendly toward them. The highlight was David, the piano player. Super friendly and extremely talented! It's worth going just to listen to his music, maybe have an appetizer and a drink or two. His genre is very diverse... from Journey, to Sinatra., Dean Martin, Celine Dion, Chicago, Billy Joel, Elton John, Burt Bacharach , and Phantom of the Opera, to name a few. Kudos to him for creating the ambiance. Grazie David!

Baci is an interesting restaurant option. It’s leagues better than “generic Italian” like Olive Garden, but doesn’t excel in any area. They simply offer good Italian food at a reasonable price. Nothing they offer will blow you away like Bello or Andrea’s will, but they also don’t charge the huge prices that those top Italian restaurants do.One thing that really messed with me was their entire lack of windows, making it feel pretty small and closed-in. But their staff was fantastic, super friendly and helpful. They were willing to go above and beyond for all of our needs.

I remember going here years ago and enjoying it. But I just ordered delivery and was shocked. I ordered a chicken mushroom risotto but received a bowl of yellow rice with canned marinated mushrooms and flavorless chicken. Terrible. I won't be ordering from or returning here.

I don't know what was worse, the old guys singing Lynard Skynyrd at the top of their lungs, that our server didn't speak any English and couldn't understand what we were saying or that my son found a metal piece in his food. We ended up leaving.

Best Butternut Squash ravioli I could ever have imagined. Perfect thin pasta enveloping a delicate filling with tiny chunks and puree of butternut squash and herbs. The sage was perfectly crisp and the hot brown butter just right. Service was wonderfully attentive and promptly answered questions about specials.

Food was splendid and flavorful. The ambience with live piano music was so tasteful. The environment was quiet, peaceful and indulging. Hope to come back soon when we're in town. Family owned so serviced by owner :)

Love this place, great for date night, totally cozy and they had a live band. We enjoyed the authentic Italian experience from the moment you step through the door. The service is amazing, all of the staff are friendly and helpful. Our food was hot and delicious, there is definitely something for everyone on the menu??

I'm updating the review because they've made some changes. The food is amazing as always. On the weekends (maybe only then?) they have live music. In theory, that's cool. But the musicians seem to have forgotten that they're in a closed in space and not in a stadium. It was so loud that one person in our party got a headache. We couldn't carry on a conversation, which I don't like, because it's so loud we'd have to shout. It was not as enjoyable as it used to be. The place was packed, so obviously not everyone has this opinion. They do have another room, but it was for a private party when we went. Minimum, it would be nice if they had an option to be outside the impact zone. As I'm writing this, I feel a headache coming on. That makes half our party with a headache from the noise.

Food is amazing. I loved the eggplant parmesiana. The Pinot noir was good too. The pianist and vocalist that entertained us with live music was a great treat. I didn't know about it. The place is a hole in the wall but as it got closer to late dinner, the place started to get crowded. We got there early so we were one of the few guests there. Parking is a little small but we got there early we had no problem parking. The elder server didn't seem like she knew anything about technology. When we asked to split the bill she said she couldn't do it. But that's easy. I believe she didn't know how to do it. I asked a younger server and she said she would split the cost for us. Recommended for the food.

The dining room was a bit loud, but, there was live music (the small band was very good!), so that was why. Service was very good and all the food was very good, although the tiramisu was just ok, very good Merlot.Vegetarian options: There were only 3 or 4 vegetarian options that I recall.
