Bagels Tea lounge of HB

The bagels were good, atmosphere not special.
They handed me lukewarm coffee. I returned it and told them it wasn’t hot. They literally placed the coffee in pap cup in the microwave in front of me. I asked them to make fresh coffee. They actually did have fresh coffee ready! Won’t go back.

This is a great little bagel spot to get a quick bite and a coffee. They also have boba, macaroons, fresh OJ, and a few pastries. There's no table service, but there are some tables if you want to dine in. There's even a couple outside if you want to bring your dog.

The food is great here. The one star review is for the service and how rude the staff is. They never say good morning or thank you.

They messed up my order a little over a week ago and got annoyed with me when I told them. They fixed it for me but never said sorry. She just gave me the bag back and went on to the next order.

Today I went in to get a dozen bagels with cream cheese and breakfast for myself. I had to wait almost 15 minutes because they did not get my dozen bagels done until they did my breakfast order and the orders for the 3 people behind me. When I finally got my dozen bagels, they were not sliced and just thrown in a box. No sorry for the wait or anything. I spent $32.50 this morning and even dropped $7 in the tip jar.

The staff here is beyond rude and I will never come back here.

This place used to be so great. Service has been slowly declining each visit. Either orders get FCKED up, they take a really sweet time to even make your stuff and hand it to you or they just forget. Like they have the last few times I've came by. Sigh... One of the little sissy looking boy there took my order, didn't give me a receipt and had me waiting almost a little more than half an hour only to find out no one even started it. And when confronted they asked for a receipt. I told the guy that he didn't give me one. Told him to check the cameras. Then proceeded to show him my transaction statement. smfh

The Vietnamese coffee that is made here is top notch! My wife and I found this cafe, and we have made it our new coffee spot since moving to CA!

This is a gem amongst a plethora of bagel shops to choose from in this area. I highly suggest the Vietnamese coffee this one is special, it’s a great in and out or sit for awhile spot!

these ladies work so hard , it’s so busy because the food and drinks are so dang GOOD and affordable! it might take a little while because it is a small business / staff, but if you’re patient it’s worth the wait !
