THEY STOLE MY MONEY!!! They charged me $60 for 2 banzai bowls. I was calling all the time asking for a refund they said they weren’t able to do it without a manger present. They have my number and said the manager would contact me soon for the refund. I have yet to receive a refund for $30 and it’s been a month. This store is ran by TEENS in filthy condition. I saw an employee wearing sandals without socks and shorts that looked like underwears. Inappropriate attire for a work place. DO NOT COME HERE!!!

They used to fill it to the rim and above. Just went back today and they now cut it short. It's only 3/4 of the cup now. Not a bowl. They cut back bc business is slow. So why would i go back if they if they give u less. Good way to loose customers that you still have.

My favorite açaí place in HB! Nice selection of bowls; highly recommend getting the large size! They use fresh fruit vs. frozen, shredded coconut is super tasty and the açaí is perfectly thick & creamy; not overly sweet which is what I prefer.
I ordered & recommend the Maui Sunrise (without honey); you get a GENEROUS size cup topped off for $15. vs. other places that charge same price for half the portion.
Definitely a casual, surfy vibe inside; no A/C though so I’d recommend enjoying your delicious bowl outside on their front patio.

I had to wait 45 minutes for my order, and plus by the time they gave me the açaí it was completely melted and the granola was sticky. I don't recommend this place at all. The Newport location has been perfect every time, super disappointed in Huntington Beach. The staff was rude when I asked about my order because it had been 40 minutes and they gave me melted acai which is impossible to eat. I drive from Corona every weekend for a run, the beach and acai, just sad to be treated this way.

This place SUCKS there’s others nearby not only are the staff rude. They won’t let you replace anything even if it’s dietary unless they charge you more they’re slow. It’s a bunch of kids. The vibe is gross. It’s dirty. Just in the five minutes, we were in there to full families left for the same reason terrible business just for a nice little bowl ruined our nice morning

I got the large size of the Maui Sunrise to share with my friend. I'd say the upsize is worth it since you get double the amount of acai! The fruit was fresh and sweet while the acai was a smooth texture, not grainy or icy. They were also accommodating to my friend's allergy but were slow with making the orders. The inside of the shop also doesn't have AC so it was super hot while we were waiting, especially since it was summertime and the order took a while to come out.
They refused to take our order at 6:55 pm when the closing time is 7 pm and there is nobody in the store. The girl said they are allowed to refuse orders early before closing time and she refused to give a her name when I said I will write a complaint to management. If you will close at 6:55pm when it is not even that busy then post your closing time as 6:55 pm not 7 pm. Don’t go there past 6 pm because they might refuse your order after 6 pm even though they post 7pm closing

Our favorite Acai bowls, so fresh and the best toppings, make sure to get the peanut butter added on top! We also make sure to stop by multiple times when visiting So Cal. Very popular and could use a bit more seating, not a bad problem to have!
We had to wait a while before we were served. They didn't have enough staff for the demand of the product. I think they did a great job of telling the people it would be a little extra time. Well worth it! So good!!!
