They refused to take our order at 6:55 pm when the closing time is 7 pm and there is nobody in the store. The girl said they are allowed to refuse orders early before closing time and she refused to give a her name when I said I will write a complaint to management. If you will close at 6:55pm when it is not even that busy then post your closing time as 6:55 pm not 7 pm. Don’t go there past 6 pm because they might refuse your order after 6 pm even though they post 7pm closing

Our favorite Acai bowls, so fresh and the best toppings, make sure to get the peanut butter added on top! We also make sure to stop by multiple times when visiting So Cal. Very popular and could use a bit more seating, not a bad problem to have!
We had to wait a while before we were served. They didn't have enough staff for the demand of the product. I think they did a great job of telling the people it would be a little extra time. Well worth it! So good!!!

worst waiting time ever!! lack of communication, etc and everything doesn't take a genius to make acai bowl if you have an hour to spare of your time for just an acai bowl this is place to come!! feel free to try it on your own

I have been coming to this location since it opened! Banzai bowl is our favorite. The wait time has always been an issue however it has become drastically worse over the years. The last time I went the girl at the front was high out of her mind, the workers seemed overwhelmed and under trained, and our two bowls took about 1 hour to make. I visited the pick -up window where I was told it would be another 15 min... Multiple times. This was happening to all the customers. After an hour, I walked up to the front counter, to which the girl grabbed my bowls out of the freezer. I had been sitting there and they never called my name. The atmosphere is unorganized chaos with zero leadership. I hope there can be a shift in their hiring process because it's not working out currently.
Used to be amazing, but lately it's been awful, whoever is making the bowls definitely needs to be re-trained
