Hello, your staff never checks the orders that come online. Don’t forget that online customers are also your customers, and they pay even more for online orders. Whenever I come here to pick up my order, I am met with rude attitudes. I cannot afford to lose money just because you want to make money.

I love Baskin Robbins ice cream even though it has become more pricey. It was good but it sucks you can't use your app or any promo within the app. Apparently the new owner doesn't accept it so why even promote the app inside with their flyers. Doesn't make sense. Overall a 3 star

What is the difference between a hand packed pint at $10.99 and a single scoop at $6.99? The counter kids have no idea nor do they have any idea what anything costs. Go to the bodega on 11th and orange and get a Ben&Jerry's for cheaper.
7$ for a single scoop in a cone. Absolute rip-off.

Visited Nov 20th around 2 pm with my 3 young kids. Employee had loud music playing with tons of profanity. After we got our soft ice cream, I couldn't get them outside quick enough. Highest prices I have ever seen at BR.

Trent hours of operation were updated for weeks ago that they’re open till 10 o’clock it’s Wednesday night and at 8:45. He locked up all the doors and said he’s closed.
