Visited Nov 20th around 2 pm with my 3 young kids. Employee had loud music playing with tons of profanity. After we got our soft ice cream, I couldn't get them outside quick enough. Highest prices I have ever seen at BR.

Trent hours of operation were updated for weeks ago that they’re open till 10 o’clock it’s Wednesday night and at 8:45. He locked up all the doors and said he’s closed.

If you're thinking of ordering postmates from this location don't do it. They will give you the smallest portion of Ice cream around. 3 scoops is more like 1 scoop here. Last time I order from this location.

I went in today with family and Tyler was so helpful and sweet. He was patient when letting us sample flavors and had such a positive attitude all in all. I was more than satisfied with his customer service, they should hire more people like him!!

I went here a couple of days ago with a friend who has a gluten allergy. It was around 9:20 pm when we went in and I saw an employee sweeping telling us and another customer that walked in that they are closing in 5 mins. What? The hours posted said that they are open until 10pm...Anyways we wanted to be quick no matter what. My friend who is Gluten Free asked the employee "are any of these flavors Gluten free?" The one sweeping answered "no, have a goodnight". Wow, ok. I noticed however on the ice cream labeled on the glass, most of them said "gluten conscious". I didn't want to argue because the employees must be in a hurry to close up shop for a good reason. They give this Baskin Robbins a bad rep.

Medium float $10.99.! 3 small scoops and to top it off they gave me soda from a Coca Cola can. What exactly am I paying for that’s worth $10.99. I should have gotten a waffle cone. So let down by this location.Oh to top it off. Soda wasn’t even ice cold. It was sitting out for a while. Melted my ice cream not even 30 second after leaving the store.
