me and my family went to go get some ice cream because we were wanting it and their new policies said that it was open till 11 and when we got there, the doors were locked. These two girls were there was also a Mexican girl was there not even making eye contact, clearly could tell she was there because when other people walked up and tried to open the doors and realized they were locked she looked at them and shrugged on the door. It said open to 11. Tell me why these two girls closed at 10:40.

Italy was the rudest employee that has ever worked for basking ribbons ever! I got the 2 scoops Sunday she wanted to charge me per item 1.69 for the cherry Sunday came up to 15.86. He’s priced for 7.59. She gave me a real bad attitude cuz she didn’t know how to do her job correctly said I gave u wrong size scoops so tossed Sunday in trash right in front of my face and than gave me kid scoops with very lil fudge while making noises and rolling her eyes the entire time! My friend has been comming to this 31 flavors for 50 years !! This girl should be fired, she’s to concerned about flirting with the two boys working rather than doing her job, and god forbid that I interrupted her flirting with other employees !! Which I’m guess what started off the attitude to begin with !!

why is there always one girl working everytime i come here. its always packed and management dont seem to be able to help customers nonetheless say welcome. ice cream always seems soft too

We stopped by tonight to get a couple of scoops about 5 minutes before closing. We were disappointed to find both of the doors were already locked, and the two employees inside ignored us knocking on the door. I get it if the employees want to be out the door by 10. But if that's the case, they should tell the customers they close at 9:45.

It turned out Okay for us because Cold Stone up the street stays open late.

I've come here fto get the same thing for 30 years and today was the last. I havn't been hear for a couple months. I should have read the bad reviews first. Worst shake ever. Now I'm sure the young lady is directed to use more liquid and less ice cream. I was left with a plastic looking foam that was 1/4 of the cup that wouldnt even go up the straw. I worked at a B&R in the early 80's and have been a regular customer since... no more, you should be ashamed, look at the other reviews for over a year and its the same complaint. Its supposed to be a happy experience... you failed

My kids love the dinosaur / unicorn cups. Staff is always friendly. A bit pricy but a cute treat once in a while.

The girl named natasha kept rushing through my order and was not many people in store. Im not good at english so this made my expierience not well.

The best ice cream, ice cream cakes and shakes are in Baskin Robbins.Clean location, friendly workers.Plenty parking

Kinda bummed… ordered a sundae and there was more whip cream than ice cream. So ordered another scoop. That was my wife’s order. I ordered two scoops for myself. It really was only a scoop and a half. $20 dollars later, and disappointed, I’ll probably never come back here. ?

Same great flavors, as well as new monthly flavors. However, ice cream flavors all looked melted on top, like there might be a freezer issue in all the freezers, or they're not set to the correct temperature. The scoop I received was a bit melted. The floor is incredibly sticky and dirty. I'm happy this location exists, as it is more convenient than going downtown, but it needs some help and cleaning.
