Kinda bummed… ordered a sundae and there was more whip cream than ice cream. So ordered another scoop. That was my wife’s order. I ordered two scoops for myself. It really was only a scoop and a half. $20 dollars later, and disappointed, I’ll probably never come back here. ?

Same great flavors, as well as new monthly flavors. However, ice cream flavors all looked melted on top, like there might be a freezer issue in all the freezers, or they're not set to the correct temperature. The scoop I received was a bit melted. The floor is incredibly sticky and dirty. I'm happy this location exists, as it is more convenient than going downtown, but it needs some help and cleaning.

I came last thursday evening and I had such an amazing experience. I want to give a special shoutout to a wonderful young lady that helped me. I couldnt catch her name, but she was wearing a manager badge. She was fast-paced and welcoming to every customer who walked in.

I really don't like giving low star reviews unless it is fairly earned. I was a regular at this location until recently. Came in at night and I knew exactly what I wanted. Just an old fashioned ice cream Sundae, easy! With plain old Vanilla ice cream.I would like to say the low star rating is mainly for the service and lack of communication to myself, the customer and lack of product purchased. BR was my very 1st job in the 90s, so I know & understand the B&R ice cream experience!I placed my order w a young lady w long brown hair. She tells me we don't have any Vanilla ice cream. I respond, oh OK I'll do chocolate chip Sundae. She makes my order and I ask for a few extra cherries and I pay. I don't normally check my Ice cream, but I did, to see if the cherries where there, when I looked I noticed a speck, hardly any hot fudge. I go back and ask, if I can get more hot fudge, she responds, "we are out , we don't have anymore". I was bummed and thought , she could've told me they were out and I could've ordered something else the whole point of a Sundae is the toppings. Why would you charge me a Sundae with hardly any Hot Fudge?I GET HOME AND BEGAN TO EAT/Enjoy MY ICE CREAM/NOT SUNDAE and can u guess it, she barely gave me any I've cream, I'm Pretty sure she used the Jr scoop with plenty of air, which turned out to be half a Jr. Scoop/kids scoop. Worst ice cream experience and she made a horrible ice cream lady : ( ... I won't be back as a customer. I go to the one on Magnolia now.***Oh And she didn't give me my receipt or ask if i would like my receipt, which I like to have for record and the discount if you do the survey!

Every single time I have gotten ice cream Olivia has helped and what can i say? SHE IS THE BEST IN TOWN! she gives the best scoops and has the best icecream recommendations. LOVE HER ENERGY!!

CAUTION! : all shakes here come with a snark.I love baskin robbins for their wonderful shakes. I highly recommend the cotton candy. My issue here is that every time I ask for one I get an eye roll, a glare, and some sort of sigh of disgust. My problem here isn’t that they don’t wanna make a shake, it’s that they make you feel so guilty for even ordering it. It honestly ruins the whole experience. Fix the attitude?
