Great beach view and food! Loved the bear flag fish taco & shrimp skewers. The heaters are available outside, providing warmth even on a windy day. Would recommend!

This is one of my favorite spots to eat in Huntington Beach. Fresh salmon and tuna with chips. Clam chowder also very tasty. The atmosphere is amazing with terrace directly overlooking the beautiful coast.

Order at the counter and get what they have handy, or they bring it out to you a while later. Nobody is coming to your table to take your order here. There are lots of options for fish tacos, fish burritos, and fish platters. The side dishes were all pretty good, too. The Bear Flag Burrito is great if you're hungry, and the tacos are great if you want a little bit lighter fare and variety. Beer selection is okay and probably fits the beach fine. I didn't really look at the wine, but they had several red and white options. There's a good amount of seating outside, but tables also fill up fast. There is some bar seating as well. There are fire tables, but I didn't see any fire going when I was there this time. It's right next to the Pacific Coast Highway, so there were some motorcycles that went by and roared on their pipes, sometimes for a stretch at a time, which interrupted conversations. View of the beach and water is nice, with a light breeze able to come through.

The fish was fresh. The food was good! If you're seated outside, it's extremely loud from the cars going by. They also don't have table service so you have to walk inside and order everything, grab your own utensils/sauces/napkins. I wish they had table service!

I ordered 6 oysters, 1/2 pound Peruvian ceviche, and a glass of wine for $46.

Tried clam chowder and was disappointed. Bread was very stale and unappetizing. The soup tasted starchy...like potatoes only. Their 1/2lb poke for 23 dollars is tiny portion compared to most other poke places. Salmon tasted meh - only farm raised here. Ceviche for 18 a pound is made from white fish but the person at the counter didn't know which exactly. Also was Not our favorite 😕 the only tasty item was the tortilla chips.

The customer service at the counter is amazing. Super friendly and quick. Poke was great. Clam chowder not bad. I’ll be back.

Checking out this place on a recommendation and it was great for lunch. There are good menu choices for all kinds of fish entrees but I was there for s poke bowl. You can build your own with different rice bases and toppings, sauces. I got salmon and it was delicious. The wife got a white fish taco and enjoyed it. We also got chips and guac and it was legit. No fountain drinks, all cans and bottles, beer, spirits. Ate outside as there was very limited indoor seating, which was fine but fairly windy and a bit cool. Great place!

This fast casual was a gem of a find! Order at the counter, fresh poke bowls, sushi, calamari fries and grilled artichoke. The fish was perfectly fresh. They have a large outside patio with plenty of seats overlooking the beach. Staff was very friendly and working hard!
