I love going to BJ’s, it’s my favorite place to enjoy a good meal. Service was excellent. Food was outstanding and I love the atmosphere here. Everyone is always so engaging and nice.
I experienced racial discrimination at BJ’s in Huntington Beach on March 13, 2025. I was working nearby outdoors, and my manager told me it was fine to use the bathroom at BJ’s. I saw three of my coworkers (who have lighter skin) use the bathroom without any issue. However, when I—a Black woman with natural coily hair—tried to use the same bathroom, I was denied entry.
