Everything was good except the food came out so late. We waited about 45 minutes or more to get our entrees.

Food and service was great, and servers were right on top of anything we needed. The only thing that was really noticeable was the restrooms. Both the men's and women's. Both really needed cleaning up and supplies replenished. Other than that, we will be back!

I had the Prime Rib Dinner which was very good. The one problem that I have is that the restaurant, in an attempt to get you out of there as quickly as possible, brings all the food as quickly as they can. I didn't finish my Caesar salad and the Clam Chowder was in front of me. I got through about half of that and then the Prime Rib was there. If you're a racing eater, no problem. A normal eater gets his food so fast that the main course is cold before he can finish it. Either that or you can't finish the salad or clam chowder before the salad is warm and the chowder cold. Thank goodness for take home bags and a microwave at home. I've experienced the same thing at the Irvine site, so it's probably a chain wide policy.

Great service - tasty food glad they had TVs to watch the game going on. Will be back soon!

REALLY impressed with how much BJ's has improved over the past several months! Not only did the food come out (2 pizzas) come out in record time, but our server was EXCELLENT! Even though he was spread thin over several tables, he was multi-tasking and getting drinks/checks/food to several tables at the same time! And, we ordered larger pizzas so that we could have leftovers - which was fantastic as our server requested EXTRA sauce for us and it made SUCH a positive difference. Can't wait to return!

Was there Sunday for lunch. HB was busy with the VW bus show at the pier. 10-15min wait time for party of 4, not bad. Ordered our food, took 40mins to be served. I was ready to leave to be honest. When the food came, nothing special. Food was so, so. Strange thing was, fruit flies suddenly appeared when food was served. Server Andrew was great. Main complaint is the long wait for food and flies.

Music a bit too loud

We arrived and the only area open was the bar area. It was around 3:30 pm. The pizza I ordered was the deep dish and it was brought out Luke warm.,when you’re going to dinner who wants to sit in the bar area where it is noisy with people drinking and you can’t even hear the person your are having a conversation with. I was annoyed

We had Mother's Day brunch here mostly because we forgot to book something “fancy” in advance ha ha but we had the best service experience! I believe our server's name was Connor and he was super attentive and helpful. You never would have thought we were at a super busy restaurant on the busiest day of the year. He was on it and never missed a beat. Thank you so much for taking care of us!

Everything was good. I feel like the area we were seated was over seating capacity by the time we were seated and they packed the room when we were leaving it was difficult to walk out.

Restaurant is nice inside. Service was fine. The food was the problem. We went on a Thursday and had the sirloin steak special. There was no expectation for a high end piece of meat, but what they served was so salty it was inedible. It was over-seasoned on the outside and tasted like it had been sitting in a brine based on how salty the inside was. The wedge salad that came as one of the sides was great. And the Pizookie for dessert is always good. We'll go again, but will skip the steak special.

Hi, I had to wait almost 30 minutes at the store to pick up a DoorDash order. This is completely unacceptable and caused a major delay in my deliveries. The store was clearly unprepared, and this wasted my time. I expect this issue to be addressed seriously.

First time...will be back soon and many times. Philly cheesesteak delicious and the dessert was fantastic.
