Pure Italian Bliss
Friend, your Bollini’s restaurant is a gem! The NY pizza is perfection—crisp crust, vibrant tomato sauce, and melty mozzarella with that wood-fired smoky edge. The cioppino stole my heart: tender clams in a garlicky, white wine sauce with a hint of chili, paired with perfect pasta. The cozy vibe and warm, friendly service.

Im not sure what the rave reviews are about but the food was mediocre at best. I ordered a pizza and the toppings and cheese were all placed in the middle of the pie no where near the crust. I ordered a pasta dish that was very oily and was inedible. The space is very small, chaotic and very loud. Definitely not a relaxing environment to enjoy a meal.

The owner was such a delightful host. The food was impeccable!
Everything is 100% fresh. They don't even have a freezer.
Fabulous, fresh to order.
5 stars across the board.
P.S. Get there early or there will be a line out the door.
Excellent restaurant food, pricing atmosphere, & attentive staff
Staff was awesome! Caesar salad was yummy with a little kick and the New York pizza was delicious! Recommended for any pizza lover!! :D
Authentic Italian food! Amazing Service & great ambience! Everything on the menu was Great Tasting Food!!
Good food, cash only so can't business expense this without extra work. Told us to wait outside in the cold while they cleaned tables. Pizza was pretty good, decent crust, well done, they have a nice spicy sauce. Sitting next to the door was cold.
Incredible pizza. Massive brick oven for wood fired pizza. Can’t wait to go back and eat in house instead of to go

Absolutely delicious!
The service was impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, as for the food, it was nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish was beautifully presented, bursting with flavor, and clearly crafted with the finest ingredients. I can't wait to return. I highly recommend it to anyone seeking top-tier cuisine and a welcoming atmosphere.
AMAZING!!!! Fresh food, wonderful service. We had the meatballs with mushrooms and artichoke. I don't even like artichoke. It was so good. Also had the ravioli with truffle sauce. Again! Amazing. The complimentary bread was outstanding. The right amount of seasonings, oil, pesto and parm. The hours are limited so go Fri sat or Sunday. Hopefully with more business they will be able to extend the hours. Cute atmosphere and the tunes are great! I would have taken a foodie photo but I was s
Too busy eating it.
Best Italian restaurant I know of locally.
Gyatt Dang! This review comes after a few visits to my new favorite Italian restaurant in Huntington Beach. We have tried multiple pizzas which have all been so flavorful and unique, but we always land back on the New York. The sauce is unctuous and tangy, but not sweet, and the ricotta cheese creates a fabulous creaminess. The leoparding on the dough is fire, which comes from the beautiful wood oven they have rockin' in the kitchen.
I'm getting ahead of myself here, because we have dreams about the free pesto flatbread that Bolini's provides pre-meal. If they were to jar the Calabrian chili sauce that sits tableside, waiting for you to slather on all bread products, we would buy multiple jars for sure.
The pasta dishes are always fresh and their flavors have been cookin' for hours which is finely accentuated by the amazing sausages. The Nduja hits super hard, and the fennel sausage is always a hit without being overpowering as fennel seeds can be. The meatballs are not a typical red-sauce dish, but the flavor profile is out of this world, with the artichokes and mushrooms leaving me wanting more.
Now lets get into protein here. One of the best steaks I've had at a restaurant, the pork shanks are to die for, and the fish was so perfectly cooked that it nearly brought me to tears. Keep up the kitchen and front of house magic Bolini's and we'll keep frequenting your establishment!
