Definitely a great choice! I decided to take my fiancé out to a whiskey distillery for one of his birthday treats! At first I was skeptical because I was not familiar with the location, but as soon as we walked up to the distillery, Marcus ( the owner) was there to greet us. We had such a great experience, and truly enjoyed ourselves. Marcus is very knowledgeable and answered every question. All of the whiskey was delicious. My favorite was the Red blend and my fiancé enjoyed the rum and winter solstice. Huge thank you to Marcus - Thank you for making our 1st Whiskey tasting a success!

Fantastic!! Super cool local spot. Tried a few whiskeys and absolutely fell in love with the Winter Solstice whiskey and Eleonora agave. Bought some bottle and will definitely be back for some cocktails! They have a small tasting room in HB only open on Sat and Sun, but make sure to check it out!

Tasting room is cozy. Bonetree has a great selection of Whiskey, Rye, Bourbon, and Rum distilled and aged on location. Ask for Marcus. He is more than happy to tell you how each was made. Is close to Main St HB. You must try it!

It is a cute family owned spot with one of the best iced Irish coffee cocktail I've had in ages. The atmosphere was chill and friendly. We bought a bunch to serve at home but we will definitely visit again soon for the vibe.

This is a hidden GEM! Was looking to just have some cocktails with some friends when we discovered this fun little spot! Great selection of cocktails, there was something for those of us who like the classics and great drinks for the adventurous drinker. The facility it self was gorgeous and intimate. It was so fun to see the owner distilling. The owner was so kind and answered all our questions and really made it a unique experience. Can't wait to go back.
