Love that you can sample!First time ordering, everyone was very nice and kind.Got a quart of Oreo and it was really good.A unique ice cream for sure, in the best of ways.Very light (as in not super dense), sort of as if you were to take a McDonald’s soft serve and level it up a bunch, mixed with if you tried to make ice cream out of freezing whipped cream. Will be coming back ?Dietary restrictions: They have 1-2 vegan options which is nice

We could have walked to Hans’ Ice Cream near our house, but Hans’ doesn’t let you taste flavors anymore, so we drove NINE MILES to get to Bruster’s. They let us taste to our hearts’ content, so we bought two scoops and tipped the wonderful staff 20%! White Chocolate Raspberry was delicious, and so was Ube flavor! Sorry Hans! We love Bruster’s!Vegetarian options: It’s ice cream, so it’s vegetarian, but mostly non vegan. They do have sorbets and a few non-dairy flavors.Dietary restrictions: They have a few non-dairy flavors.

We don't have one of these where I'm from, but it's apparently a chain? I was surprised. The icecream was pretty solid and the people there were so nice!

I absolutely love this place. It's a nice spot with plenty of parking and very easy to get to. They have chairs and tables outside where you can sit and enjoy homemade delicious ice cream. My wife loves to get seasonal ice cream, and they also have some regulars. They change up their menu, so there's always something different every season. Another plus is that they give out free kid cones for the little ones if you are within a certain height. You can see it in my picture. I always love coming here, the ice cream is delicious, the service is great, and the portions are pretty generous with the amount you are paying. We'll be back!!

Good product, good service, and reasonable prices. 2 scoop single - PB Overload w Reeces and salted caramel w Toffee - yum. Only 1 problem - boy was I thirsty after, I could have spit a 1/4 mile....but worth it!

Love love love the graham central station! It’s the only one I get. We also love the free kids cone because it’s tiny so it’s not a sugar overload for the kids, and free!

Ice cream is fantastic. Make sure you sign up for their loyalty program.

Giving this three stars because it is average ice cream. It's not bad by any means, but there isn't anything in particular that makes it stand out to me. The biggest issue is the price. For example, it is currently $5 for a kids single scoop in a cup. From my last visit, I recall paying about $6.50 for a single scoop in a waffle cone. I hoped to find the exact amount on their online menu but didn't see it listed. For that price, you might as well go somewhere like Salt and Straw where you get better quality ice cream at about the same rate.

Something must've been up with their freezers on the day we went, because every scoop we got almost instantly turned into a huge drippy mess and it wasn't even remotely hot outside. Like literally less than one minute from being served, everything was liquid. And it was maybe 70 degrees, cool breeze, evening when we went.Order at the register. Everything is outside - you order outside, but the ordering station is at least sheltered from the elements. There are some tables and benches to sit at outside if you want. Their vegan ice cream made with oat milk caught my eye. I assume a semi-healthy alternative. Also cool that toddlers get a free mini scoop. Everything we got though was instant liquid - regular ice cream and vegan ice cream alike. Couldn't even enjoy it if we wanted to!Update: management got in touch, apologized for the bad experience, and invited me to come back. The second time around, the ice cream was in much better condition, which actually allowed us to enjoy it!

The ice cream cone started melting right away. I do not recommend this place if you actually want to eat ice cream rather than have it melt all over your hands and clothes. The staff is super nice and friendly, but Bruster’s gets only 1 star for melty ice cream.

Dont go here later than 6. There is this man working there and I asked for a waffle bowl. He then gave me a waffle cone and not only that! HE EVEN WAS being super stingy for the ice cream! He only gave me 3 scoops with barely any ice cream. There is this amazing girl there though who works before 6 I think and she actually loads the ice cream scooper. To the man who gave me small ice cream scoops and got my order wrong this should not be worth 10 dollars!

It really is some of the best ice cream you’ll find. Graham Central Station is a favorite and I just had the Coconut Cream Pie. Yum yum!

My in laws double scoop was the same size as my single scoope for double the price. Ice cream flavor cookies and creme was plain and melted quickly. This was my first time here and probably my last. Baskin Robbins is better.
