Food was great, service not so good. Took along time to get service and forgot part of our order.

I booked our company Christmas party there yesterday for lunch and we had a wonderful time! The food is served Family Style so we all got to try several different dishes. The restaurant was not crowded so we got one whole section to ourselves. The desserts were devine! I would definitely recommend!

Thank you for letting customers know "We are a family owned restaurant and therefore we serve family style." Or something to that effect. The portions were out of this world.

Edie went above and beyond and was so nice!! Such a great experience! Food was so good! Bummer that the pizzas are only small now!

Wish there was a star for 4 1\2 stars this time. The atmosphere is so outstanding. Nice that they can handle large groups.
If the spaghetti factory didn't have better tasting food overall, and if the staff wasn't quite as attentive as... The spaghetti factory, I might have put them up to a higher level.
As far as chain Italian goes, they are a solid 4 stars.

We will never go back. Our experience was disappointing from start to finish. When we arrived, the restaurant was practically empty, yet they tried to seat us right next to a very large, noisy party. We asked to be moved and were seated in a quieter area, which was the only positive part of the evening. We ordered one Diet Coke and one water. Without mentioning it, they brought a Diet Pepsi instead—which isn't the same. The food itself was bland, and even the garlic bread wasn't good. The Caesar salad dressing was flavorful, but we had to keep picking out wilted, brown lettuce leaves. My water was never refilled, and we had to ask for a soda refill—only to later find out there are no free refills. Since when do restaurants charge for soda refills without saying so upfront? We waited quite a while for our server to return so we could question the bill, but eventually gave up and left. The only bright spot of the visit was the polite young man who cleared our plates. Sadly, that was the only good service we received all night.

Staying at the hotel next door so I made an online order and went picked it up, it is so good!

Stopped by for a quick pick up. I ordered three family size dishes and it was ready with 20 mins during dinner hours, which is not bad for all the food I ordered and the food was ready for pick up when they said it would be. I ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo and Carbonara with chicken and the baked ziti. It fed a group of 8 people and still had plenty of leftovers.

The service was above and beyond. Our server was so attentive and on top of everything with a big smile. The food was delicious. Portions are big because it is family style. We shared 2 items for 2 of us and still had leftovers.

My work besties always choose Buca for our lunch celebrations for one reason and one reason only. Tina the daytime server is the best. She personable, she has made all our celebrations memorable and fun. We love her. The food is great too but Tina makes this place a 10 out of 10 experience for sure. Thank u Tina. You're the chef's kiss, top notch reason why we keep coming back.

Buca has a great affordable family meal. Everything we had was delicious. Penne alla Vodka, Chicken Marsala, salad, and garlic bread for $49.99. We also added a Sicilian pizza for an extra charge. Great service and food.

We had dinner in a booth at the bar, and while the food and drinks were satisfactory, there were some significant issues that need to be addressed. The floor of our booth was dangerously slippery, likely due to water or oil. Given that your staff was busy, it was challenging to bring this to the waitress's attention until the end of our meal, which is unacceptable. As a result, both my shoes and my wife's were left dirty and unhygenic. Additionally, we always take home an entrée for our next meal, but we were disappointed to find that we forgot to request extra marinara sauce this time. I have been ordering takeout from you at least six times a month for years, and I expect a higher standard of service.

The food was solid, huge proportions so the price makes sense. In terms of pasta, it didn't wow me in anyway.
