Terrible, unprepared staff, a 20-minute wait for an order, complete disorganization, unprepared team. I do not recommend visiting this place.

I am a regular customer here but today i was greeted with such an unnecessary attitude with the girl with all the piercings and tattoos. I placed two mobile orders and I got my first one waiting for my second order. There are no customers in store the workers were all just cleaning. No one greeted me until the girl came up and said what are we waiting for all passive. I said i have another order and she just proceeded to give me attitude that I placed it 5 minutes ago. Like okay I’m not complaining on the wait but your not doing anything or doing any orders just simply cleaning. I saw my recipet too hanging right there. I don’t understand why it’s such a hassle to do ur job when no one is even in ur store. This happened at 8:15 pm. She needs to work on her customer service because this honestly ruined my whole experience smh

The food is ok. The service was mixed reviews. The tall young man that first served us was rude and annoyed with my order. The older hispanic man with the clear glasses was amazing; he gave great customer service and was very friendly. I would recommend this place just because of his excellent customer service.

Rice was way underdone. Hard and not edible. I don't think there is a good excuse for this. This should be something they have figured out a long time ago. I spent over $30 for 2 burritos to be delivered and I couldn't enjoy it. I wish this didn't ruin it, but it did.

I come to this Cafe Rio once a week. They have the best salad in town, so good. Always consistent. Staff is nice, restaurant is clean. Big portions and so yummy!!!

Great place for Mexican food. You get to place your order for how you like it, see it made, get your beverage, pay and then find a place to sit inside or outside. Nice friendly staff and good food.
