All I wanted was a refund for my order that I didn’t get. They don’t refund. They say they will but they don’t. Terrible customer service. It’s unfortunate but I guess I’ll start going to Chipotle again.

I love this place but EVERYTIME I go in I feel rushed. Rushed whether there is a line or no one in there. I don't understand that. Never fails if they rush me in ordering they mess it up. Slow down no one is going anywhere

Cafe Rio has some of the tastiest tacos. If you haven't tried them, you should. I like the sweet pork and shredded chicken. If you go on Tuesday they have a great taco Tuesday special. The price has gone up with inflation but they're still a good deal The Wednesday tostada salad special is a great deal as well.

Join their loyalty club it's worth it.

Lousy food for the price. Had enchiladas with rice n beans and sauce and it was not cooked or cheese was not melted and the rice n beans were cold. Price for single enchiladas and combo was over $16.92 with tip never again coming here sorry!!!!

We don’t have a Cafe Rio in Oregon, so we try to go when we’re visiting the kids in California. Their food is always delicious!! The customer service has always been very good.

I’m so disappointed. This place is quite far from me and when i heard about their bowls i really wanted to try it out since cafe rio is one of my favorite restaurants. The bowl looked very filled when i picked it up, so i was quite pleased. Upon eating it, i discovered that half of the toppings were missing, which really disappointed me. Along side that, i got handed the wrong sauce, which was even more disappointing. Most of all, i was looking forward to the guac that i paid extra for, but they forgot that too. This was the most disappointing experience i’ve had here.
