We don’t have a Cafe Rio in Oregon, so we try to go when we’re visiting the kids in California. Their food is always delicious!! The customer service has always been very good.

I’m so disappointed. This place is quite far from me and when i heard about their bowls i really wanted to try it out since cafe rio is one of my favorite restaurants. The bowl looked very filled when i picked it up, so i was quite pleased. Upon eating it, i discovered that half of the toppings were missing, which really disappointed me. Along side that, i got handed the wrong sauce, which was even more disappointing. Most of all, i was looking forward to the guac that i paid extra for, but they forgot that too. This was the most disappointing experience i’ve had here.

The food is good except the rice is not good at all. Great drink options (non-alcoholic). Kids meals are awesome. Husband loves the queso. I love the whole wheat tortillas.Kid-friendliness: Kids meals are about $5 and enough for my toddlers, might not be big enough for big kids or big appetites. Nothing is too spicy.

I've popped in a few times this week for the chicken tortilla soup, which is excellent at this location. The broth is nice and strong and the chicken perfectly shredded and tender. You have them add what you want in it. The first time I ordered this soup, I waived the scoop of guacamole thinking that was a weird ingredient to add to soup , but then I had them add it the second time I came in. It's really good with that scoop of guacamole actually. The restaurant seems clean and the service was great. Someone greeting me as I entered and they were ready to take my order right away. The chicken tortilla soup was excellent for the price and I'll be coming back another time

GO TO CRONIC TACO AT BELLA TERRA INSTEAD! My girl friend went to try this place without me when they first opened and she told me to avoid it because it was too expensive and the food was very average. Tonight I was on my own for dinner and finally after pushing it off for so long, finally tried it. All I can say is I should of listened to her. I went into get the steak nachos and they were very average. I paid $16 for the nachos and I asked if I could have green salsa on my nachos and they said it would be extra...WHAT!?! Anyways, I will be going to Cronic Taco at Bella Terra for the same kind of food and I recommend you do the same.
