Says they are open until 11pm, however they fail to specify anywhere that it's only the drive thru. Wasted time walking here on a Friday night to arrive at 10:05 pm just for it to be closed.

Came in for a delicious Western Bacon. Adan Aguilar was awesome. Asked if I had the Carls app, told me about the special on the app and helped me download it. Super nice guy, very helpful! Honestly one of the best, if not THE nicest and most helpful employees this location has ever had! Been coming here for years and this is the first time I have left smiling. Thanks ADAN!

Went here at 6:30 on a monday night 2/10 to try and take advantage of the deal they were offering for a free burger. The app however is not working properly and so i went in to see if the staff could help me, or simply provide me with the deal that is advertised. I was quickly told by a man and a woman if it is a problem with the app, they cannot do anything and will be unable to provide me access to this offer. As soon as the last word left the workers mouth, she turned her back and went to something else, as i stood there hoping for more assistance, i eventually said “excuse me” to which her response was to go to the bqck, out of view of the customers. Quite poor service if you ask me. I get it that sometimes things get busy, however welcome to food service where providing customer service to CUSTOMERS is your job. If you dint like it you should quit. Hope management/ownership is able to maybe provide better training or acquire new employees that can, one, help provide customers with promotions they advertise, and two, provide customers with even a sliver of decent customer service.

We were headed to the beach(this was July 2024) but wanted to get a quick bite to eat, after many failed attempts to find somewhere clean and with decent service(where someone actually helps you)...we finally found this Carl's Jr with a great atmosphere and so clean. My whole family enjoyed fresh food and it was quickly done...great staff and Adan is most definitely the best. Kept checking on us and provided everything we needed. Thank you so much ?
