We were headed to the beach(this was July 2024) but wanted to get a quick bite to eat, after many failed attempts to find somewhere clean and with decent service(where someone actually helps you)...we finally found this Carl's Jr with a great atmosphere and so clean. My whole family enjoyed fresh food and it was quickly done...great staff and Adan is most definitely the best. Kept checking on us and provided everything we needed. Thank you so much ?
For the past 6 months, this has been my go-to place for lunch! This place is clean, the food( famous star) is so good and they get my order right every time. But what makes me come back every time is the awesome customer service by Adan Aguilar. He is never rude. He always greets you with a smile and polite even when it's crazy busy. May I be able to continue to come here for the next 6 months ! ?
Normally fast food server's tend to have a bad attitude but, I gave the gentleman at the counter a complicated order then I screwed it up and he was super cool about just fixing it didn't seem bothered at all.
