Slow, careless, cursing staff. May 26, 11 am. Waited 30 minutes for a cheeseburger and fries while they engaged in intense conversations with fellow CO workers and ignored me
$10.01 with sales tax for a Santa Fe chicken sandwich. No combo, no soda, no fries, just the sandwich. Granted, this is the best fast good chicken sandwich. I've loved it for 30+ years. But $10 for a fast food chicken sandwich? No. No more. It was an awesome sandwich, but not for $10. It was my last one for a long, long time. 5 stars for everything but price. I told the clerk, enjoy that $20 while you can. There's a robot being designed to replace you and it doesn't take breaks, call in sick show up late or get an attitude. Carl's, it was nice while it lasted. It just wasn't meant to be.
