Your reward app said today was $.84 double cheeseburgers, however, nowhere in the app does it say, min $1.00 purchase. I tried to order on the app and it charged me full price, because i did not know there was a missing min purchase. Doesn’t say anywhere. The only place it says, min purchase is on the sign at the drive through. About 1” type. To add insult to injury, the cook didn’t make my burger without, pickles, onions and mustard. I hate all of those. Had to drive 2 miles back to get it recooked. I got double screwed.

The worst location i have ever been. Window staff none helpful. I even told me he was hurting from the night before. The got my order wrong too.
I had an excellent experience at Carl's Jr. thanks to Gianni! He was super friendly, attentive, and made sure my order was perfect. His customer service was top-notch—he greeted me with a smile and took the time to confirm every detail. It's clear that he genuinely cares about providing a great experience. I’ll definitely be coming back, and I hope to be served by Gianni again. Five stars all the way!
