An error on the app failed to give the combo discount, instead charging me full price. An option to review the order, prior to payment, was not given. Prior to picking up the order I spoke with the manager who stated they were unable to correct the error & that I would have to contact my credit card and cancel the transaction. The manager tells me that they have had several problems with orders and there is nothing that can be done.
A month later and nothing happened! Customer service is a joke with the Store and with Carl's Jr. as corporation. Both apologized, but did nothing else. They deleted my rewards account because of this review! Lots of better burger choices are out there. BYE Carl's Jr.

After waiting for nearly 10 minutes for our food, they got two of our four orders wrong and overcharged us. We ordered two double western bacon cheeseburgers, and they gave us singles. The combo was a medium and they gave us a small fry. Double check your order before you leave Carl’s Jr.!

Tried the guacamole fries, COLD but could have been delicious. Ordered a famous star & got a cold dry hamburger patty !!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!!! WILL NOT EVER EAT THERE AGAIN! Need to do some internal training 😩

The times have changed. Carl's Jr used to be a place that you can go to for a burger fries and a shake and you would not have to break a piggy bank. Now it is so expensive, like just fries and a shake is more than $10. This Carl's Jr needs to have better training because for every time you change something the price goes up instead of having a meal. You can only end up having one thing that you like. Unfortunately, I had to change my whole entire order to just take a shake instead of a meal too expensive
