The tacos are amazing, and the pan selection is great! My husband and I both love the pineapple empanada pan and the sweet pineapple pan. We like every taco choice and especially enjoy the shrimp tacos on Friday. The family who run this sweet spot are always kind and generous and a joy to chat with.

Wonderful family owned business. This is a must try bakery!!! Not only do they have delicious pastries and desserts but the food is amazing. I love Linda's tacos and burritos and Robert's bread. As for the service, the staff is always so kind and helpful.

Love this place!!! We ordered a tres leches cake for my son's birthday and everyone absolutely loved it! While we were there we couldn't leave without getting the barbacoa tacos made by the owner! They are the best ever!!! Would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new spot for lunch. #supportsmallbusinesses

Horrible service. The owner is the most despotic and rude. Calling me a liar. Because of a mistake they made.Horrible service. Owner was so rude calling me a mess for a wrong doing on cake that they made. Never going back there again.

If we could give negative stars we would!Went to pick up the cake and was told that they were behind and to come back, which i did. It was totally understandable. We ordered 2 cakes and of those was a 3 leches. We never got a 3 leches. Called the place and owner was super rude and hung up. She called us a liar and that next time to save a slice to show her! Learn to take criticism and own up to when you mess up. We weren't asking for a refund either. I really like this place but bad customer service from the owner.

First of all, I'm Mexican, born and raised so I think I have vast knowledge in this area and I am so unbelievably disappointed and embarrassed that this is the one Panadería in Huntington Beach and Chelos chooses to represent us like that. Now, the pan review - the donuts are the only good thing there but I mean, you can get those anywhere. Las conchas were bland, dry, and pretty stale. I had everything and nothing stood out. Ohhh but here is where they sent me over the edge - the tamales. What on god's green earth are those? The quality of the masa is awful and they CAKE IT ON. No pun intended. It's mainly masa and the tamales are huge but not a good way at all whatsoever. The service was nice but they only take cash so just be aware of that before you go in. I'll just close this review con que vergüenza, en serio. No mms Chelo.

Excellent bakery. Very inexpensive Always fresh. Went to New Northgate in Costa Mesa Tried their conchas. Really really bad. As well as other Mexican breads Chelos is so much better.
