Susie who is a coworker there does not know how to do customer service at all! She is very rude and will snap at you. People usually form 2 different lines, one for drinks and one for food. Therefor, I was in the drink line with everyone else but only chose to call me out to go get into the other line. She was creating caos infront of everyone and got out of her way from serving customers to go into the costumers area and continue arguing. She is very rude. She was willing to “fight” in the place with a younger person.
Love this places Hawaiian bbq, crab rangoons too, the people are always nice. Also, the taro drink is great
I visit this nice place a lot! This is the best place to eat. I visit this spot routinely. The cooking is fantastic, the team is polite and the rates are good. I enjoy meeting in this restaurant over a tasty dinner.
The bobas and the french fries are the only things worth purchasing here
We got the #3 of the Hawaiian BBQ. Very disappointed the shrimp was nasty everything else was just average. The shrimp had to throw it all away.
Food didn't have good flavor. Took a very long time to be done and it still seemed under cooked and like they rushed to get it out. The teriyaki chicken was drowning in the sauce and cabbage couldn't be eaten.
Service was good. Food was ok.
