Nice patio seating and a fun store, but the food was just ok. Decent portions for the entrees but chips were expensive for a relatively small amount.

This place has the best quality and tasting meats. We love the pastor, asada and chicken. They have an amazing pineapple habanero whipped creama that goes good on everything.
The HB location at Bella Terra is our favorite.

Yes please! Taco Tuesday Date Night! 😘I love Chronic Tacos. They have the best flavor. The best atmosphere. I love that I can make my own taco or burrito or tonight I'm getting a Tostado Bowl. And a beer!!!!

The man making my burrito is unbelievably high, the cashier completely hungover and telling the other employee that need to leave and go drink already. Top it all off I found a nasty long hair in burrito. Worst location I've ever been to!

I placed an order through Uber Eats from your location on July 19, 2025 at 9:19 PM, and I have to be completely honest—I’m incredibly disappointed. I ordered the Chronic Fries and what I received looked nothing like what I paid for. The portion was shockingly small. The bowl wasn’t even half full—there was enough empty space for the food to slide around like it was in transit to someone else.

It genuinely looked like someone had either picked at it already or just threw it together last minute without a second thought. For the price I paid, this is completely unacceptable. I don’t expect gourmet plating, but I do expect a full portion that reflects some level of care and quality. This wasn’t just a miss—it felt disrespectful as a customer.

I don’t normally write messages like this, but the lack of value and effort in this order really struck a nerve.

Looking forward to hearing how this can be made right.

2. The spot has fun casual vibes with high ceilings!

If you’re into bland food then this is the spot for you

The only reason I gave this location 2 stars is because it's in Bella terra with nice outdoor seating and a fountain...

else it would be a complete 1 star for the food and I am basing that only on the worst bowl I can ever remember having...Definetly not chronic (no pun intended)! Maybe it was because it was off hours I went in at around 3pm? I am trying to justify what went wrong??? I didn't get any dressing in the bowl maybe that would have helped?

It was so bland and boring and I was hopijg the little meat in the bowl would add a little flavor but really if i couldnt see the little bits of pieces of meat i probably wouldn't be able to tell the difference between the meat and the cabbage taking a bite (i had steak and I think the chciken maybe better).

So like I forced myself to eat a few bites and try to get some redemption for the $13 i just spent for a tiny worst bowl ever had... telling myself damn I should have gone to chipotle.

Total bummer!

this place is on my way home, and i'm usually in and out in 5 minutes... i can get a ~24 oz burrito for $11...

i like to get a burrito: mexican rice, refried beans, and black beans, carnitas, onions, cilantro, and red sauce... i tried their carnitas, chicken, and carne asada... i liked their carnitas the best... the carne asada costs extra...

i tried their diablo sauce and habanero sauce... it's very spicy... i won't get them again because my stomach couldn't handle them...

their breakfast burrito is also pretty good... it's the same price as a regular burrito, but you get eggs, tater tots, and a choice of meat... i tried their bacon and chorizo... i liked the chorizo...
