The food is always disappointing. I wish they would upgrade. Staff was mostly friendly and helpful. As a parent I feel sentenced to Chuck e cheese. My kids always have a great time & for me it's an experience that needs to be tolerated by adults.

Joe at the Huntington Beach store s FABULOUS!!! He helped me be settle with a large party and many kids going off into different directions. I could not round them up for Chuck E- coming out for the party and being entertained. He was focused on the needs for the children to be entertained and gave us his ALL! If you happen to want a party at Chuck-E-Cheese, ask for Joe! I know you will be in terrific hands. He also deserves a raise at least $2-$5 because he not only helping me make it a memorable experience, he also multi-tasks to ensure other customers enjoy their time. He goes above and beyond any Chuck- E-Cheese employees , and I later found out he was the assistant manager. He did this with being professional and sincere in making Chuck-e- Cheese a memorable experience for my family! Thanks again, JOE at Huntington Beach store off of McFadden I have been to Chick-E-Cheese with my children before, but JOE makes a HUGE difference! You’re in good hands with JOE!

They were so attentive to be able to come to the machine if it needed help and were super accommodating. They took their time and explained the different options I had . My child had a good time, even jumping in the trampoline park and being Antonio Paige Joe Jenny were so caring smiling and sincere. I’d come back.

Nostalgia is a beautiful thing. Of course, it leaves me with looking at everything with rose color glasses. I feel like Chuck E. Cheese has done a lot of growing since my younger days 30 years ago. They made it easier to have fun and make it limitless compared to when I was younger, where I had to scrounge another $10 in tokens. The employees are still the 18 year old kids working their first jobs, so give them a break. We all started somewhere. If you're looking for a 5-star service, try fine dining. Pizza was surprisingly good, which is saying a lot from an old New Yorker, not the best, but nowhere near the worst. But the games were everything and more, some broken but as to be expected from a children's playground. My toddler loved all the games and animatronics with their new updated songs he was dancing to. They have some games for toddlers at their height and others for the older kids. The family had a great time and plan on coming back! Thank you, Chuck E. Cheese crew.

We came just for the kids to have fun. No special event. We had such a great experience with service. Jennifer our cashier was amazing, very patient and helpful with everything. By far one of the best experiences we have had in a really long time.
So much fun. The kids always have a blast!! Played basketball with my son 💙 🙌🏼 ❤️

It's not like before the kids don't have much fun anymore they don't give you tokens or tickets anymore it was more fun to get tickets and take them to the devouring machine that was something good for the kids the pizza doesn't even work anymore

We have kid’s birthday party here with 2 hours playing time. Foods are great. However, service is not good. I was told foods would be served at 11 AM so I told all the guests to be ready for lunch at 11 AM. However, foods were not ready until 11:15 AM. The Chuck E. Cheese show was disappointed. I didn’t hear the happy birthday song, the mascot didn’t dance. He just came out to take the picture with kids and that is it. If you choose Chuck E. Cheese for your kid’s birthday, pick the Costa Mesa location. The show there much better.
