I went last night and asked how many flavors came with a large thus explaining i wanted 3 separate flavors so i chose mint cookie dough and sweet cream, she asked me what topping (TOPPING) i said heath then i noticed she was mixing all of the flavors and i am someone that hates things mixed especially with no warning (especially mint ice cream) i visibly was upset and actively crying and she refused to remake it saying that if she did remake it, I would have to buy both and that was very disappointing. I grew up here and then moved across the country so I hadn’t had cold stone in over 10 years and was really excited. We even walked 2 miles to come get this last night. And as someone who works in the service industry as a server I think that that was what made me the most upset. I’m the kind of person that will do anything to have my customer happy. Yet i paid for something that tasted awful and threw the whole thing away.

Stopped by Cold Stone Creamery in Huntington Beach today and had a great experience. Nikki took care of me, super friendly and chill. She made my lemon strawberry ice cream just right, and everything tasted fresh and organic. The ice cream was fire! Big shoutout to Nikki for the amazing service, really appreciate you!

They charge you for extra add-ons, but never put any. They also constantly give you the wrong flavor you asked for.

While walking in downtown Huntington Beach, my family and I noticed the Coldstone was shining bright amidst the dark streets at 9:00 p.m. We quickly realized we were surely in the mood for a quick and light sweet treat. The cute couple running the shop was eager to serve us and made sure our ice cream was crafted to perfection. The ice cream was soft, creamy, and bursting with flavor. Seating wasn’t optimal, but our treats were scrumptious!

My favorite ice cream spot!

I come to this place quite frequently for their ice cream sandwiches and pints and the staff is always friendly, especially the couple who own it (I think they do anyways).

I always make special requests and they are always honored.

Keep up the great work!

After a great slice of pizza at zero zero, we came to good ol cold stone for a "like it" scoop of our favorite ice cream. I got the Oreo cream with Graham cracker filling & my friend got the almond milk chocolate ice cream with Reese's! The staff was phenomenal & made the experience of coming back here after such a long time, very pleasant! Looking forward to my next scoop!

I enjoy coming here to get ice cream. I love the Reese’s peanut butter cup ice cream. It is very rich just giving you a warning up front about it. Perfect for a hot summer day in Surf City. I’m weird enough to eat it during winter. Great service and friendly staff making this a great stop ?‍♂️
