Went here for a going away party for some dear friends of ours who are moving to France. Super cute place with a great French vibe. We went after hours for a private event. Can’t wait to try during normal operating hours!

You walk into CDLC and feel like you are with family. The food tastes like family made it and it is so good. Add the wonderful service and you know you are somewhere special. Thank you for making each meal we have at CDLC a wonderful experience.

Four of us went for lunch today. Everything about it was wonderful. My granddaughter said she’d been wanting to try it for a long time.. I’d never heard of it. Three of us had crepes and one had the eggs benedict. The eggs Benedict is my next meal there. Nothing like it. Not the typical way. Perfect eggs. Dehydrated like flat lamb link instead of the usual ham, grilled brie, small salad with two dressings on it, the best baguettes, and the best service! The entire meal for the four of us was $48.00 plus tip. Yes, we will definitely return. It’s a 45 minute drive one way, but hey, it’s Huntington Beach.

Valentines dinner here was very nice. A prix fix meal where a starter, a main and a dessert choice per person.

Kid-friendliness: Not really for young kids. If they can appreciate a brunch, maybe they are old enough to take here.

Great little place. My husband and I both ordered buckwheat crepes, he got a smoked salmon version and I did the farmer which was asparagus goat cheese avocado and tomato. it was delicious. the flavors all worked so well together, very healthy too. it was served with greens. I will definitely be back. The server was very kind and attentive. Plus the atmosphere is so cute and inviting!

Coffee is good too!

Great food and great feel! The staff were very friendly and the overall feel of the place was very relaxing. I had the Bisous and it was delicious. Highly recommended. It is located at the Old World Village and that just adds to the experience.

Amazing food. I had the French Benedict, my kid had the Fruit Crepes and declared it the best breakfast she's ever had. I have to agree. It's a lovely small cafe In a quaint Euro themed shopping plaza, complete with cobblestone paths. It's not large so it's not going to accommodate larger parties. There were 7 of us. Everyone left happy.

We posted on FB that this is one of our favorite restaurants in OC. My husband and I come here often for breakfast dates. Their playlist is great too.

This place is too cute. We were able to walk in at brunch time on Saturday and got a table pretty easy. We sat on the patio and it was cool out but they had heated running so it was very comfortable. I had the Marine Crepe and I would highly recommend it! Stuffed with crab, bay scallops, and some veggies in a creamy wine sauce it was delicious. The escargot was perfectly cooked and the garlic flavor was great. My hubbie got a French Benedict with mercies sausage and the sausage totally made the dish. The only dish that wasn’t a favorite was the Gauloise crepe which had baked apples. The flavor was good however it was really dry. Overall a great experience. There’s free parking. If you have a large party I highly recommend making a reservation as the space is medium sized.

Dietary restrictions: The savory crepes are gluten free!

Kid-friendliness: We were able to bring our stroller in but only with outdoor seating. The space could be a little tight

Wheelchair accessibility: There is a step at the front entry but there is an entrance at the patient that would be accessible for awheelchair or other mobility aid

French-style bistro located inside the German Village in Huntington Beach, right across the Costco. It's a small place, but it's clean and nicely decorated. Service is corteous and reasonably prompt.

The savory crepes are made with buckwheat flour, and that puzzled me a bit. They're not as fluffy and light as the regular ones. And, in my humble opinion, they don't taste as good. Don't know why they made that choice (so that they could claim they're gluten-free?) Anyhow, the filling was very good. I recommend the Normandie crepe. We also ordered a sweet crepe, and that was good.

All in all, it's a good choice and the prices are reasonable.
