I was lucky enough to get a free sample of a chocolate chip cookie at crumbl and it was delicious! The young man who helped me out at the register was very accommodating and friendly! Here to try other flavors and I'm going to ask if they have vegan versions of cookies as well!

Everything was great, the atmosphere was nice, but the costumer service can definitely use help. No looks or smile were exchanged. Workers are talking about their own business and cursing in the back a bunch. As I was waiting at the counter for my cookie, instead of just hanging it to me. (I was the only one in the store) they just put it on the counter and walk off. No smile, no thank you, no eye contact. Cookies came out to be exactly how I expected though.
