The Chilean Seabass was cooked just right and delicious. Our server was fantastic, one of our favorite Italian restaurants.

Staff was very friendly but I don’t think I’ve ever had worse lobster ravioli in my life. It was like buying the cheapest one in the frozen foods section of the grocery store. I’ve never left a food review before but it was that bad. If it hadn’t been busy and I didn’t work in the industry I would have gone back in and said something. 10/10I definitely don’t recommend this meal at least

This is the third time we have had dinner here but I will never go back. The food was terrible, waitress was too busy to check on us and I had to get up and ask for olive for a very unappetizing pizza. It was noisy and so loud that we could not carry on a conversation. Awful experience

Lots of service glitches...busboy and server both tried to remove both salad plates and entree plates while we were still eating, had to ask for more water multiple times, wine by the glass was poured into used wine glass on table of different wine (at exaggerated height?1?). Food was mixed. Steak ordered medium rare arrived well done. Pizza was not hot. Temperature upstairs was hot and stuffy until a group got someone to finally turn on the air conditioning. Parking in the area limited. The restaurant was full of other guests, but we would be unlikely to come back.

Sal was amazing and everyone was so patient and kind with our 2 grandbabies that are both toddlers. This is our 3rd visit to Cucina Alessa and is now one of our go to's when we visit HB
Service here is outstanding. Waitstaff is knowledgeable, patient, and attentive. Dinner quality was on the high end for Italian. Would absolutely recommend.

Yes, we were tourists to the area but you definitely were made to feel a tourist vs a local in this restaurant. That was a bummer because the food was good. I just bummed that our experience was lesser than other tables who you could tell were more welcomed into the restaurant than obviously an outsider. Last time I checked my money was just as green as the locals. Hopefully, someone else's experience was a little more welcoming than ours. But... the food was good.
