Sat at the speaker for 3 min no response had 4 cars behind me now went to the front and told him I was there for 3min and no one said anything he said sorry. I said it cool can I just place my order and told me for sure can you just go around now there's six cars screw this place why couldn't you take my order on the dine in monitor that way it doesn't mess up your drive orders.

I used to go this del taco when i was a kid when my family would take a trip to the beach, always stopped here every time kinda like a routine habit. Hadn't been in over a decade until i took my daughter and wife after our first beach trip. Felt like i had too, for the sake of nostalgia. Perhaps my review is heavily favored in a positive memory but to me I like that it's a little crowded and a tiny little place, I love the food every time (My wife wasn't too thrilled but she's born and raised for Mexico so this is whitewashed to her (she says)) and the employees do their best and i think thats far better than expected for the area and its pace. Expect a line but it's fast and worth it.

Came here to order some food. First, the drive through had about 3 cars and weren't moving. I went inside to place my order. The older lady at register seemed preoccupied with the slushy machine and I stood there waiting for a long time before she realized she worked there and customers were waiting for her to notice. Once I placed my order she stood there asking me how many sauces I wanted. All took a long time. I looked around and the inside was empty. Maybe an indication of where this Del Taco might be going.
Always double check your food from this location. Every second or third time I come in here something is always missing and never have. I once gotten any sort of discount code or free menu item because of their mess up. That is why I'm rating the service is oe star food is Hit or Miss sometimes depending on what you get and what time you get it at. I know the restaurant will probably never read this but I have tried getting somebody from the management to contact me a while back in regards to how they handle these sort of discrepancies and nobody responded. So this is the only way that hopefully I can help somebody else in the future because their upper management obviously doesn't care to reach out to their employees and let them know that they need to start checking food instead of just throwing everything in a bag and saying goodbye.

They should have to reimburse me the 1million times I am charged for extra CHEESE but INSTEAD I GET ZERO CHEESE! Im so sick of paying for it and NEVER EVER EVER getting it. Driest burrito because evidently "EXTRA cheese" means "No CHEESE " to these people... even when i mention that I never get my cheese & they say they will make sure..... NOPE NO EXTRA CHEESE EVER!

I love Del Taco, HOWEVER this location specifically, has a major problem giving you more than 1 sauce packet. Doesn’t matter if you ask for “a lot”, they’ll still give you 1 single packet. No matter the time you order, they don’t want to give you sauce. I would have loved to enjoy my dinner tonight, including an epic burrito, quesadilla, and a red burrito but I was only given 2 sauce packets. So I guess I’ll settle for eating my own arm. DEL TACO….your sauce packets are too small, & we all use 1 packet per bite. DO BETTER!

I was really surprised when Del Taco got rid of there medium size drink. So I bought a large Coke. It tasted like crap, I ended up trying to drink that Coke all night, I got halfway and through it away. So next time I will go to McDonald's to get my Coke and I won't have to pay extra for a large Coke because it's a cheaper price at McDonald's and they have the best tasting Coke anyways!
