First experience. I live locally. Had the RJ’s Fried Pastrami Rueben; it’s one of their signature sandwiches… Not very good!
It’s on a Hogie Roll and not grilled Rye. The vinegar based coleslaw was three times thicker than the meat and it was warm; coleslaw should be cold! Between the mustard, the coleslaw and the pickles, the sandwich was VERY vinegar forward; pastrami was hardly noticeable.
They also only have a macaroni salad, no potato salad.

And other things while on cashier during people paying for orders. After going back to kitchen and touching foods with same hand without washing her hand. No gloves. Do you wanna get sick ?

Great Sandwich places are hard to come by! This place hits it out of the park! Sandwiches were rich and tasteful! Great family friendly atmosphere! I wish I had one closer to my home so that I can eat every sandwhich on the menu! We ordered 4 different sandwiches and all were just as good as the last! Please do not over look this place!
