A bunch of teenagers working without a supervisor. They really hate their job and hate when customers get in the store. They treat you as if they were doing you a huge favor.. idiot kids.

Tonighy they got my order wrong and refused to work with me. I picked the order on the way home. When I got home and was going to have dinner, I noticed they gave me ham instead of pepperoni. I called them and spoke to Andew. He said he could not do anything unless I drove back and gave them the pizza. I told him I was not able to go back tonight but could send him a picture. He said he could not do that and said that my unavailablity to take it back was my problem and not his. I asked if they could deliver it and I could give them the old pizza, he said they could not do that. He was very rude when speaking to me and made me feel like I was in the wrong, when they were the ones that got the order wrong.Their staff needs to be training in customer service. I also looked at some previous reviews on here, and it looks like other have had similar concerns and got nowhere. They took down my number and said the manager would call me back. I have been coming here for a few years and have never had an issue. I hope they can make this right.

I was very surprised to have such a terrible experience, but now that I’m seeing all the 1 star reviews, it’s making sense.I ordered 15 pizzas for a kids party, 4 days in advance to pick up at 1pm. I selected the pre pay option so everything would be straightened out in advance. My wife happened to call today just to confirm they received the order for tomorrow. They replied they did have the order, and mentioned that there’s a 10% service fee. I then call back to find out this franchise has a 10% service fee for anything over $75. My problem is not with the fee, but the fact that I’m prepaying online and NOWHERE does it say anything about potential surprise fees.I calmly ask the manager how this makes sense to charge me again after I’ve prepaid. He says to try another location and then cancels my order. I never told him to cancel my order, he just does. Doesn’t want the hassle. This is the night before the party.These reviews obviously don’t affect the business, or the employees, because from the looks of it the same people being complained about years ago are the ones still working there. The owner of this franchise should absolutely feel embarrassed that this is a business they own and run. Awful customer service is just a reflection of awful ownership.First time reviewer here. That should say something. The other Huntington location down Beach did not have any surprise fees by the way. I’d take my business there if I were you.

I've ordered 3 or four times from this location and have been very satisfied every time. I was skeptical due to some reviews yet I love the extravaganza pizzas!!!

The corona Del Mar location makes great pizza!!HOWEVER the service is TERRIBLE!!!We moved to another house and now our dominos is great!But man, that location has PROBLEMS!I this RECORDED on my interface (legally with a sound drop)The manager proceeded to keep hanging up on me when I was calling and saying our order was not correct.I called MULTIPLE times (once again I have this recorded!!) and she proceeded to tell ME I was harassing HER for calling back after she hung up on me so many times.After a few calls they stopped answering their phone ALTOGETHER!!! even though I called from SIX different phones!!!!!!!! RIDICULOUS behavior by these managers and we never have had a call back since!Will NEVER eat THERE again!

They are the worst employees in dealing with the young man named Hesus, I remember when I asked my online order and when I go to pick up my order, this is not the same as my order. I told him, please repair my order, and her reaction was too bad and also like I would say. I do not recommend this place

I ordered 2 pizzas for delivery, we Received the wrong pizza for one, I called the store and explained that I got the wrong pizza and the manager told me to “hold it”, The delivery driver came back with the correct pizza and ask for the old one back. Which we didn’t wait and ate because we were starving.I then had to pay for the third pizza. Place is ridiculous

Being a mom I order pizza regularly. I love dominos online ordering system and because I'm a frequent buyer I often am given rewards of free pizzas etc. I also love dominos coupons and deals. The last time I ordered I received hot wings that had no sauce on them and when I called someone named Marco said I was lying and that he put the sauce on himself and proceeded to argue with me. Refusing to argue with this grown man I hung up and just took my loss. Then today I ordered pizza to be sent to my kids while I was working and I was due for a free pizza and was using my usual $6.99/item online deal and I kept receiving an error at check out. It seemed it wasn't going through. So I called my daughter and had her go online from home to try herself. She was able to place the order However she wasn't sure how to get my free pizza. Oh well.. When the pizza was delivered, they delivered a double order. So I checked my debit account and I was in fact charged twice. I called the location AGAIN only to ONCE again be directed to MARCO. ‍. You can imagine my frustration in knowing I wasn't going to get good service again. You would think he would look at my purchase history as I order almost weekly for YEARS.. and this is only the second time I've had an issue. He RUDELY Said I can't help you, call corporate and HUNG UP ON ME. Worse Customer Service ever!!!!! It sucks because I love dominos for my single mom budget but I can't keep ordering as long he is still employed there. Now I have a double order sitting here for 2 kids, one of which I didn't order. ‍‍

Would do zero if I could. Ordered a pizza, it was delivered to another address, after I called the store I was told "they didn't know what to tell me." Zero stars close the branch fire everyone. Also there'S RATS. FRAUD
