I visited Pollo Loco last weekend ago and overall had a good experience. The food tasted great — everything was fresh and flavorful. We ordered the 16-piece family meal for two adults and two kids. While the taste was spot on, the chicken pieces were surprisingly small, That’s the main reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5. If the chicken portions were more generous, it would’ve been perfect. Still, a solid place for a tasty meal!

We used this location's catering services for a surprise 60th birthday party that was being held at Huntington Beach State Park Brookhurst Berm Ramadas. Leo went the extra mile to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was excellent and more than 40 party goers were not only well fed, but also very impressed with the delivery, presentation, and amount of food provided. I get the BRC burrito at El Pollo Loco it's decent vs other options for chicken burritos for grilled chicken I'm not sure why people go with EPL bland chicken vs the grilled chicken at Charo Chicken with their amazing delicious lemon garlic marinade at Charo. I wonder why people would even go to bland El Pollo Loco (unless there is no Charo nearby or in their area) with almost no flavor (El Pollo Loco had a chili lime chicken from 15+ years ago that was AMAZING...
