I love firehouse subs. It bothered me though that I put an order in 15 minutes in advance and it wasn't ready when I went in to pick it up.

Really crispy bread whenut comes out hot! A bit pricey but heck the app for promotions! There a few here and there that make this a steak!

Had to have the sandwich remade, because they still put pickles on the side even though it was requested they done, and upon getting home checked the sandwich only to see they didn’t BBQ sauce on anything more than the corner. If they weren’t the only location near us, we’d go elsewhere.

Well the employees do not greet you when you come in and the guests are kinda stale so I wouldn't recommend because the environment isn't really friendly

I purchased a deluxe platter and 7 salads. The crew made sure everything was in order and was very professional. I called the day before and the morning of to make sure everything was on track and they were very attentive. I recommend this place if you need a large order, they will take care of you.

Went there for lunch. Walked in, was not greeted by the two guys working there. Nobody in line. One guy eating and one guy waiting. I stood there at the register for about 4 minutes waiting to order a large Italian Combo and was just ignored! I walked out and to never return. Great customer service!
