This is the sandwich shop that we LOVE!! We can’t eat here enough. Firehouse knows how to serve the great quality sandwiches that we enjoy!

Disappointed in this one. I heard good things been wanting to try it. Had a promotional offer from T-mobile. Unfortunately they forgot a simple request meat and cheese only. They forgot the cheese. They also forgot to put the mayonnaise on the side. The sandwich has hardly any meat for the small amount of bread for $14 I can go to Jersey Mike’s and get a lot more meat and bread for half a sandwich. The owner was observing the whole time helicopter Manager over her employees yet she didn’t observe they made a mistake. If you’re going to charge $14 for a sandwich, they’re better be meat on it. Tasted ok.

Food was great .I tried turkey sandwich, delicious. Italian good as always. Tuna sandwich with a crunch,loved it. The manager might want to take a day off she seems a little grumpy. This isn't the first time. I usually ordered on app ,but I figured we were already there.

The roast beef 😋 was absolutely 💯 AMAZING!!!!
There are pretty nice employees 👌🏼 👍🏼 I would recommend anyone that sandwich 🥪 😀

No one here knew anything about anything. Especially how the online ordering process works. Very convenient that a manager is not on duty when this issue came up. Took over an hour for my order to start prep. Didn't even pay attention to simple notes that were given. Would highly suggest to consider an alternative for a sandwich. No accountability, blamed issue on 3rd party (UberEats) for failure. Don't recommend using either company to order a sandwich.

Me and my husband come here a lot and we found out someone we knew auggie worked there I have no problem with him thinks he is a great dude but today we told him no cheese my husband has a dairy allergy we get it mistakes happen I wasn’t mad at all even thought my husband is at the er I’m not mad I called spoke to lady was super polite just wanted another sand which with no cheese to take to him at the hospital she was so rude basically called me a liar told me she isn’t going to remake it was just terrible I’ve never been treated like that let alone in the food industry she lied said she was one of the general mangers and I told her there is only one general mangers never heard of that and she said well he is off wouldn’t do anything for me then said call you back hung up Rudly but luckily some other lady who was so nice picked up said she would remake it like I’m already stress my husband is having a severe allergy attack last thing I need is someone being mean to me calling me a liar on the phone I wasn’t mad I was nice and polite I’m actually shocked and hurt I’ve never been treated like this as a person and I love the food but I think we will have to stop coming to our favorite sandwhich spot after this I don’t trust our food not being contaminated out of spite

I love firehouse subs. It bothered me though that I put an order in 15 minutes in advance and it wasn't ready when I went in to pick it up.
